Nomini Casino - cannot recommend.

I just had the most terrible experience with Nomini Casino. I signed up through a Twitch casino streamer (not a CasinoGrounds associate), and everything was fine until I was going to withdraw. Turns out the T&Cs state that I cannot withdraw more than 500€ per day (it's not much for me as I deposit much more per day). Fair enough, I did not read them so I have myself to blame. But then I became a VIP member and I was promised better terms (withdrawals within 24 hours - and 800 € per 24 hours, so a bit better.) But then I learned that I can only make 3 withdrawals at a time (so in this case it is 500+150+150 Euros). Fine, I can live with that too... But then comes the next issue... Even as a Gold VIP member, the financial department will allow themselves 3 working days to process the payments. In fact, my first payout took 4 days, then next one (they already told me) will take 5 days (that's for 500+150 €) and the last 150€ will be paid a day later. The customer service rep told me that the 24 hours only can happen if you link the deposit with a bank account (instant deposit/withdrawal), which did not apply for me. So it was useless information and misleading marketing.

(They also have a nice bonus point system, but when I tried to purchase free spins, it wasn't possible because I have pending withdrawals, at least that's what Elena, the customer rep, told me... crazy.)

Bottom line, this is just a setup so that in case you win big, you will be teased to gamble your winnnings.

Needless to say, I cannot recommend this casino.

I have no issue with Tranello group casinos  (Nomini, Rabona etc) but the 500 max a day is an absolute joke. Their withdrawal times then take 4 to 5 days so takes you over a month to get decent wins out.

Casino grounds recommend LIGHT CASINO one of their sister brands, these have the same withdrawal limitations and are absolute dxcks when you have an issue. Been chasing missing withdrawals for over 3 months with them, they are rude, invasive and try all tricks in the book to not help and pay you.

TBH I am appalled Casinogrounds recommend this brand.

You state that you didn't like the withdrawal policy. Then why did you continue playing on this site? 

I'm just curious because i'm playing slots as well and I don't know what intrigues players anymore to play in a specific casino. To sum up what's your criteria while looking for a casino.

@Teamkayenne - good question. I joined this casino a few days ago so this is my first withdrawal experience. If they change their terms I'd be happy to stay but as it stands now I am not sure I want to continue after I get my withdrawals completed.

My criteria when looking for a new casino is a good loyalty program and good customer service. Also decent supply of my favorite games. I typically play with raw deposits so bonuses aren't a big thing for me.

@Nallez Alright yeah I get it. Our criteria only differs on the withdrawal policy. I like them fast. Nomini for me is a no go personally for the one reason I stated before it's not fast. But since you are a raw cash I can pm you for a personal advice if you want.

 i had a great run on tranello casinos arround 6 months ago, i used the welcome bonus on five sites. And yes the withdrawel time is very slow, but i am playing with small bets 0,50 - 0,80€ and only make a 50€ deposit. In total i withdraw 4270 € and like other said max 500 pr withdraw but 3 at a time pending was allowed. So for me it was nice when i was put on a schudule, then eveytime i had one approved then i could make the next 500 for cashout.

I usually play with bonus, when wager is completed then i cashout. I have seen many that when they have won, then if the withdraw takes to long time then often they start to play with their winning and sometimes also loose them. I would never do that myself and have never done that. So of course i prefer quick cashout and that is also very i play now. But for me it was not a problem, i just waited and got my money. It was accually nice for a month i had 1500euro put in my account once a week in three weeeks (3x500)
