[RESOLVED] Rizk Leaderboard issues

Well, this was the Leaderboard promotion Rizk did a fair few days ago.

The T&Cs are clearly readable, so please have a read at those so you know how the promo works before commenting or anything :)

 

And now my story, basically anything that COULD go wrong has gone wrong in this leaderboard. Not even 1 leaderboard was updated in time (as promised on 16.00 CEST the following day, except for the weekends (no updates). and one even missed completely. One update, the most important final one for monday was updated tuesday early afternoon, whilst the promotion was already ended. So when i saw that update, i sincerely thought i finished second and won 1.500 euros. But no, apparantely Rizk thinks it makes sense posting a leaderboard that is old and doesnt even make any single sense (i found this out after the email i sent). Updating nothing (again......................) would have been more appropriate, cause this led to me thinking i won the second place. After an hour or so i checked my account and there was only 500 euros in, so i asked support and i got emailed that i was congratulated and won 3rd place and therefore 500 euros. But no, even on that email to me they fucked up as i asked about why i only got 500 and not the advertised 1000 euros... The reply was that i apparantely suddenly finished 5th, and after that the final leaderboard got posted as its shown in the screenshot. From winning 1500, to 1000, to just 500. I already immedeately knew in my gut feeling there was something extremely fishy going on here. Every and all leaderboards were late, communication that been sent to me was incorrect, basically its been one big mess. So i officially raised this as a complaint cause this just 100% isnt been fairly played. No updates in time, or some even missing, and then alter my total win 3 times? After a long, long time of waiting and waiting about my complaint -  what i heard back today is this: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/655570639926591528/730190493014818826/image0.png which proves 2 things. First of all, its not being advertised as a network promotion (which every other casino site does, and should do), which is already really unfair cause this alters the odds of ranking higher on the leaderboard DRAMATICALLY. Second of all, what probably happened here aswell then is that one of the different sites had got more and/or in time leaderboards and therefore having more info and a unfair advantage over a player like me on Rizk which is just basically rigged. Not even a single comment they have made about the missing and WAYY too late leaderboards, nor about the changing my wins over and over, which probably just says enough aswell.

 

And to only come up with a email like this after making all my previous complaints before just also gives me a bit of a feeling they know they didn't do well, but they cant really give an answer on that because that would involve them admitting to that. 

Wonder what @Skylined87 and @LetsGiveItASpin thoughts on this all is?

I know it is frustrating, I've had similar issues with WHG promotions which are typicaly run over 5 or so sites. 

Sometimes each site will have a different leaderboard, or one of the sites wont have their results pooled with the other sites at the right time. I understand why it happens as they are different sites and have to collect, communicate, and coordinate with eachother. Often you don't know your exact position even after the "Final" leaderboard. I say "final" because it is the last one you can see on the site but may not be the final because one of the other sites may not have sent in their results to be mixed with the others.

It's not a scam, its just unfortunately prone to these kind of discrepancies as it involves a few moving parts. Bear in mind that pretty much anything else happening in a casino will take priority over promotions/leaderboards. 

 

 

And I know how fucking annoying it is as a player, pulled out plenty of hair over these promotions. I self excluded at Rizk out of frustration over the latest annoyance I experienced, promotional material quoting a reel race that didn't exist, had no way to join, had no leaderboard, had no prize breakdown, didn't say what the minimum bet was, didn't say how many spins needed to be done.

 I was told that you just had to spin on the slot between 20:00 and 21:00. Thing is, there was no race, they couldn't tell me what the minimum bet was, they couldn't say what the prizes were and they wouldn't be able to trace who the prizes were paid out to as there was no race. The correspondence I had with them makes it obvious to me they can't even be bothered looking into whether or not the race actually took place - they would rather just say "hi, Race was at 20:00"

The only reason they could tell me the time only is because the time was the only bit of information that was written on the promotions page. When the live chat asked me to hold on for a minute "I'm just contacting the relevant team," what he was in fact doing was loading up the Rizk website and reading the promotion from there so he had the exact same info that I did, that it started at 20:00.

There was no race, there wasn't one at 19:00, 20:00, 21:00. If they looked further then their own promotional material to see the details of their promotions they might actually have discovered there was no race.

Now, I did get the day wrong initially; I was a day early the first time I contacted their help and they informed me the promotion started the next day. Fine, though, no doubt when he contacted the relevant team, the relevant team was in fact just the Rizk webpage.

I was thinking, oh well, silly me. But on the right day, I was there and there wasn't the race despite "help" insisting there was. 

I think their reasoning is that there must have been a Reel Race at 20:00 because the Rizk website was advertising the Reel Race to start at 20:00.

The problem here is that how often you explain, how often you ask them, they dont keep you updated and they dont even answer your complaint properly. And yes, if you suddenly play a leaderboard across different casinos then yes, that changes your odds unfairly without you even knowing. That adds thousands of players into the leaderboard. Then not having ONE SINGLE update in time, and some even missing is just ridiculous and also puts Rizk players like me in a disadvantage. And then to give me my final place incorrect twice, well thats just silly, rude, and confirms rizk is completely unable to host a promotion like this. 
 

and to send all these complaints, and just have them email back only this, clearly confirms that they dont even care about what you say. It takes them way over a week to come up with this sad answer that doesnt even come close to my complaints, no - it even makes it worse as they now admit that actually more people were playing the leaderboard than we could possibly know of ourselves.

Rizk got back to me in regards to this all posted in the topic. Rizk paid me out an additional 500 EUR for the problems, and will make it much clearer that there are more sites in the next promotions, aswell for the wrongful leaderboard updates. Much appreciated.
