Sorry to post on old thread..

16th the promo ended.
20-21th and many of us still didn't receive the FS
22th Skylined posts a form for us to fill in..
 

I gave up on those FS after a few days after contacting their support, writing here, since they never showed up days after the promo ended..

Not pleased with how this was handled. It's just 30 free spins on a slot, but hey. Are we expected to go into the forum and post, contact their support every day for a week?

Can I ask why these forms was needed for some of the players, but not all?
There are better ways of collecting our email addresses at the beginning of promotions, you did it in the past..
Was the screenhots only verified/checked for cash winners?

EDIT: I don't want to be all negative and a whiny bitch. Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate the competitions and promotions you guys do here.
