Light Casino Missing Withdrawals For Two Months NOW LOCKED ACCOUNT!

Terrible experience with light casino.

I never received my withdrawals two months ago. Turns out they use MONEYSEND for MasterCard withdrawals which my bank rejects. 
 

After emails back and forth with me sending transaction history, statements etc they asked for chargeback numbers from the bank. I got them and sent them. 2 weeks passed and light responded and asked for all the same stuff again! I said I had provided everything and then they reinstated my Balance finally (€700 euro) to my light account. I then requested a €20 euro withdrawal via bank transfer to test this.

Monday morning arrives and I get an email saying they have locked my account and have asked for all my statements AGAIN! They also threatened me and told me numerous times creating a post about this on here or casino guru was against their ts and cs!

@Skylined87 please please help as this has been 2 months or absurdity and I signed up through your sites link.

Did you see the complete OP?

Its been two months and after they finally reinstated the lost balance on Friday they then locked the account Monday and asked for all the same documents? I resent everything. But they have been incredibly difficult.

As you know i'm having the same issue (Sorry @I_only_post_wins for recommending) but it dates back further. They locked my account and asked for over 3 months bank statements to prove i hadn't received the money. I provided 6 MONTHS statements but blurred out 8 payees details as run my ecommerce business and for GDPR won't show these (Didnt hide the payment amounts tho). Idiots at LIGHT CASINO insisted on seeing all payee details even though this is NONE of their business and has no bearing on my missing withdrawals as the amounts do not correlate with the missing withdrawals. 

@Skylined87 is currently giving me a hand with this but will prob end up with MGA and court.

I really really really think this brand needs to be removed from the site @LetsGiveItASpin@Slotspinner etc etc. Even if you discounted mine and the above experience this brand thinks its acceptable to impose a 500 max withdrawal per day and you cannot make another withdrawal until it is processed. Withdrawals also take 4 to 6 days! It's soooo predatory and designed for players to gamble their money away. It's all very wrong.
