PartyCasino delay in withdraw - advised not to deposit

So I had a good withdraw 3 days ago on PartyCasino and I have loved using them and had no issues in the past. I've actually made several withdraws in the past including e-transfer which is the only method now available to me as a Canadian as they took bank transfer away recently for some reason. Those withdraws were the standard 1-2 days to review and 2-3 days to see it in my account, which I am totally fine with.

Today after the withdraw being reviewed with no update after 3 business days I asked chat what was going on and they said my Instadebit funds had not settled on their site yet, I have had this issue in the past but as soon as the funds are showing removed from my bank account it has always been settled in the past. I was told that instawallet and EFTs can take up to 8 business days to settle. I don't really want to play on the site if I have to wait 8 business days for a withdraw just to get processed, let alone sent to my account. All of my funds show settled on my end except for one deposit I did yesterday, which as I responsible gambler I did a small deposit to try the new games on the site instead of reversing my large withdrawal. I was then told by chat staff that no withdraws will be reviewed if I have a deposit that is unsettled, including deposits that are done after the date I had requested my withdrawal. I said that seems very backwards in business as it discourages any play on the site until the funds settle (which they said is 8 business days) I am currently still on chat asking for the literature on the 8 business days as I really don't want to play on a site that takes that long and by and large have really enjoyed playing on Party Casino the last 3 months and been very loyal to it. 

They are now linking me literature that says funds can take 8 business days to show up in your casino account if you go over your deposit limits, nothing at all related to withdrawals which leads me to this link:

It just seems all like they are purposely stalling on these funds and I am really disappointed because I have loved playing at PartyCasino in the past. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello fellow Canadian. Yeah mate if it's on their terms then they can use this advantage and stall withdrawals for 8 days straight. Please note. In case of a weekend "day off" those 2 days are not counted since they are not business days.

The thing is it isn't on their terms, the link they sent me regarding deposited funds not getting it your account for up to 8 business days if you went over the limits, what I linked for processing time is all there was on withdrawals for info.

Is there a PartyCasino rep on here? Can I get an answer on this? 8 business days for a withdrawal seems ridiculous once you've been verified and never had to wait this long on withdrawals in the past.

Edit: all my deposits have shown cleared in my bank account for 5 days now, yet somehow I have  to take their word that they still haven't cleared on their end and I still haven't got any literature on their site that it can take 8 business days for instadebit payments to clear. @Skylined87 could you shout out to a partycasino rep? This whole thing seems absurd when a deposit today would slow this whole thing down 8 business days again even though the withdrawal was 5 days ago now.

Update:

The money was sent today so thank you to Casinogrounds and PartyCasino, unfortunately it sounds like nothing will change in terms of future deposits affecting past withdrawals. So I won't stop playing at the site but anytime I get a withdrawal I will just be waiting 8 business days and not making any future deposits.
