Bonus buy - Bonus money

Not usualy.

Most casinos have, for example £5, max bet per spin with bonus funds. If you buy the bonus on a game for £100 then it will be considered betting £100 per spin and invalidate your bonus.

I know its should be considered as one hundred £1 spins but it usually doesn't differentiate in the betting history on sites, if you buy a bonus for £100 then it just looks the same in the history as if you had done a £100 spin.

Better to save the bonus buys until you are playing with cash.

I understand. One more thing. I can't wager a bonus until I've used up my real money. and a casino representative said I could withdraw money even if I have bonus money, so it must be allowed to buy bonus games.

Depends what kind of bonus you have, you should ask support if you can buy bonus before you reach your bonus balance.

Which casino you are playing?

I have asked, and he said yes, but he seemed a little unsure. That's why I wanted to ask you about it.

I don't know what kind of bonus it is, but I have now played for thousands of euros but wager is 0%

Ah Casilando.

I'll use an example to explain.

The way their bonus works is like this:

Deposit £100 and get £100 bonus with 35x wagering requirement, it will show as £100 cash balance and £100 bonus. You can only wager with the bonus money which is played with once you cash balance is gone.

Can go one of 2 ways

1- You play and, after losing £50, you get a nice bonus round that pays you £950! Congratulations, you now have £1100 balance showing in games but on the main page you see it is split into cash balance £1000 and bonus £100. You are happy with £1100 and go to cash out, the website alerts you that, as you haven't completed the wagering (you haven't even started the wagering as you have only been playing with your cash balance thus far), you will lose the £100 of bonus money if you cash out. You are happy to give up the £100 bonus money and continue with the cashout, a tidy £900 profit.

2-You play and you luck is bad, you lose your £100 cash balance very quickly and are now playing with the £100 bonus money - you notice the wagering has now started. If you win £1000 from now, you won't be able to cash out a penny until you complete the wagering, in this case £3500 (100 bonus with 35x wagering)

In your particular case, all the cash balance is yours as it looks like you won without ever dropping into the bonus funds. If you are happy with the amount then cash out your cash funds and lose the bonus. The way it works is that you would have to lose Kr9809.60 to start spinning with the bonus money and trigger the clearing of the wagering to start. That is not a good idea, forget about the bonus is my advice. Also, Just don't bonus buy with any kind of bonus active - I advise this based on previous experience, try it at a later date with a new deposit, new bonus and a smaller balance and see how it goes. If nothing happens and its all fine then you have an established precedent for expected service should anything untoward happen on a subsequent session.

This is a parachute bonus and that is how it works. They are good, but you have to change the way you look at them, they are a bit of extra money to play with if, and after, you lose your deposit. If you win right away then you cash out and forget about it.

It is a little safety net, a parachute that might save you if you are in freefall.
