Casino Planet withdrawal

Hello. I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience in withdrawing from planet casino or any of their sister sites? 

My withdrawal has been pending for 3 days now. And for a fairly big casino. I thought this is while. Just wondering if anyone can tell me how long theirs took. 

 

Im withdrawing £1000 from a £40 deposit which is making me question what they're doing. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

same thing happened to me, after speaking to them on live chat they said that they had sent me an email asking for documents, ask them on live chat I’m pretty sure it’ll be that.
