Sugarcasino confiscated my small withdrawal.

Recommended Posts

so with my GF i deposited with Sugarcasino having watched spintwix stream from them and playing lots of the games i like.  we took the 100% match deposit bonus and lost that no joy. We then took 2nd deposit of the same and managed to finish wagering  with 600 to withdraw which i did. whilst it was pending i deposited using the 3rd bonus and once more all totalling 500euro.  i played lots of games ranging from Reactoonz,Bonanza<razor shark<jamming jars, book of dead my stakes were 80cent -1 euro.  After the deposits and actually managing to get a medium withdrawal actually 100 euro in profit  i was informed my huge win :)  was taken away from me for breaching there bonus conditions. ( the list is huge) i guess they wish you to play the shite games and lose.  They were very unhelpful when i told them that i didnt read the list an i never would have deposited if i was unable to play the games i like.  Plus they repeated the, you should have read the conditions blaa blaa. ok if this is the case, why was i allowed to deposit 4 times in total always playing those games under there breach list and its was fine whilst i was losing never warned, never red flagged etc. im not stupid( just a little) to  be throwing money into a casino when i can never win as im in breach of conditions.  Ive played many casinos and never encountered this greed and behaviour and plus where i deposited was just the bonus offer nothing about the conditions, you need to go searching to find that. is this fair?

Did you use an affiliate link or just sign up to the casino directly? if you signed up through an affiliate you should highly stress this to them.

No, think I just signed up without. I did some research but not sure I followed an affiliate link. I saw spintwix playing with sugar on his stream and they have a good range of games most of which I like but now it seems most are on their breach list 😫  I’ve never had this issue before on other sites playing the same way. I’m not by any means a high roller and the withdrawal was pretty small.  Most annoyed with the fact I deposited 4 times with no warnings etc. If after first deposit they had told me then ok but to let me repeat 4 times when realistically I was throwing money away with no chance of ever withdrawing is unfair .

Comes down to the same thing again and again - casinos should prevent players from breaking the terms, but most dont because its not mandatory.

Then on the other hand from T and C its still your responsibility to not break the bonus terms - they are sadly in right to take your winnings away

It’s unfortunate (from experience) but their terms clearly state:

By participating in the promotions and/or accepting to receive the bonus/es offered by Sugar Casino, the player automatically declares to also accept the terms and conditions for that particular promotion/bonus as well as the general promotions/bonus terms and conditions which are listed here under.“

I do advice to use cntrl - F on those lists, before going into a game.

U should get back your original deposit amount from the voided winnings. Not from your other lost deposits.

well most casinos when you try to play a game thats on the list tell you not enough credit please deposit. did you see the list? its huge.  i wouldnt have deposited if i had seen the list as most are games i enjoy. doesnt give me an edge playing these games in fairness i only made 100 profit on top of all my deposits.

most dont actually, its very few that do. on top of that, you shouldve read the list!

@troypersonaltrainer Morally you are of course in the right. Casinos that pull this shit are just scummy. Learn your lesson and move on. But what is that lesson? Beware copying streamers and their sub prime casinos they push? Beware of the sign up bonus trap?

As an aside - in the UK it's quite possible that the actions taken by the casino would be illegal under consumer law. There is a legal opinion laid out in the CMA report which states that by accepting your bet they nullified those terms and conditions but crucially it has never been tested in a court of law.

Final comment - beware of the charlatans who falsely claim casino terms and conditions trump everything. They do not. It very much depends on the law of your country. Those saying otherwise are offering lazy opinions and serve to amplify what the casinos want you to believe.
