I have a mate who won 13.5k euro on a casino site that is regulated in our country. (dk) 

site - Karamba 

he then made a withdrawal to he’s bank. 
After two days, he recived a mail from the site, that the transfer was confirmed and signed

One day later he recived a new mail from the site that the amount then was rejected by his bank, he obviously contacted the bank only to found out that the have recived nothing or rejected nothing ?  
 

he has now reach out for the support to let them know what’s up, and the support would contact the finans department to see what could be wrong. The senior account manager then sayed to him, the he might has to break the amount up in two transactions ? But the sites allow you to pay out 13.5k every day 🤷‍♂️ 
 

there where no bonus or anything like that, just raw cash, and he is a platinum member what ever that means on that site. 

 

does anyone know what to do ? Or have any experience something like that ?
