Anyways, yesterday I won 23700 euros from the new game mentioned in the title. this is the first time for me winning big, because I don't bet big amounts.. My bet was 1.2 euros. My question is that how long does it usually take for leovegas to process big wins? Usually when I've asked the customer service to process it they've done it right away, but now it apparently isn't possible. Has anyone here any insight and could tell me how long it might take? Sadly, I don't have a picture of it. Just started shaking when it landed and screamed on top of my lungs.. Link to comment

It dont think the withdrawel with be completed before next week, so it can be a long weekend. I saw you did some spins after the big win, please try and not play more at this site untill you get the money. Just opened the game again to see if the win was still there and found a decent picture. Sadly can't get a clip unless Leovegas recreates it. edit: I know the saldo doesnt match the win but I had already withdrawed the first 10k and I took the picture just now.. Link to comment

Find something to do in the meantime, pick a hobby or practise some kind of sport. You could even lock you're account for a few days just to be sure you can't touch or waste anything. Basically what I got out from it is that they have done all the checkups on their end and everything is fine. But theyre waiting for confirmation from MicroGaming before they can pay out. Apparently in progressive jackpots they need to review the game round. The agent from live chat assured me that it is a common procedure and no need to worry. It still irritates me that I'm not getting any kind of a time frame when they can confirm the withdrawal. Link to comment
