NEED HELP FROM KIMSTER

Hey Kim,

I wrote you on twitch and you told me to write you here. I have been having a very hard time verifying my account at Nitro and was wondering if you could help in any way? I am new to Nitro as I started playing there after seeing you play there and it looks like a great place to play. My first deposit was $1000 and I have built my balance to over $8000. I would love to cash out however I can't get verified. I have uploaded all documents they requested and haven't been able to get verified or hear back from them. Any help would be much appreciated.
