I have requested withdrawal, and after 72 hours i still didn't recived money. Withdrawal method was by Skrill. And should be completed in few minutes. In terms and conditions of 21.com Casino 72 hours is maximum waiting period. And they violated terms. I have contacted Live chat multiple times, and they are giving just excuses. I have asked them if they need my ID for vertification. Didn't recive answer to that question. Are they paying out people or? Link to comment

I had a look at your account and I can see that you deposited using Bank transfer with Sofort. You cannot withdraw any funds with any other method than a bank transfer since you need to withdraw with the same method as you deposited with. This is the reason that your requested withdrawal to Skrill has not been approved. I will bring up your case with the payments team - they will contact you if any documents are needed to verify your account before they can approve your bank transfer withdrawal that you need to request. I will also have a look into the communication you have had with support. It is not okay that you feel that they are just giving excuses. Wasn't offered bank withdrawal. No one from support mentioned this... If you want i can provide you with chat logs. Link to comment
