Belgian gambling laws/ player protection, better than other countries?

Alright, thought I'd share some of the most important gambling laws over here in Belgium with you guys, I wonder what you think of them and if certain things should be like this in your country too. Here goes:

 

1: We can only play on online casinos from our own country. There are only about 10, and they all have a land based counterpart. Those are the only ones that can get a 

license from the Belgian Gaming Commission. I once tried to sign up to one abroad, but Belgium wasn't even in the list of countries so I couldn't complete registration :P

 

2: No more bonus money!!! This is new since a few weeks! Before that it was limited to 275 euros a month for each casino so if you happened to have a 100% deposit bonus and deposited 275, you'd get 275 and that's it for the whole month. But now, no more bonus money , or free spins, or any kind of financial "gift" . 

So, if you play, it's always your own money now, nothing extra to play with, but also can withdraw any win you get, no more wagering. 

 

3: 500 euros max deposit/ week . If you want to deposit more, there's a data bank that has everyone on it that has not paid their bills for too long, or 

is in debt in certain ways, or doesn't pay their taxes and so on, you can get on there easily as a gambler.... , you need to get proof from them that you are not on there.

If you provide that, the online casino is allowed to raise your limit so, no limit is still possible but not for those that are already in financial trouble.

 

4: A very interesting one! Bonus buys are.... still allowed. I personally would like to see those go as well cause, I play slots to get the odd nice base game win,

and a bonus if I'm lucky. I don't wanna waste my balance in 10 minutes buying bonus after bonus and having the feeling I didn't play at all. Opinions vary on that one I'm sure ;)

 

5: Self excluding is VERY easy! You send one letter to the gaming commission and couple days later they will have excluded you from every casino, arcade, bookie, online casino, and even anything gambling related in bars cause those machines all have ID card readers on them which are connected to EPIS ( Excluded Persons Information System ) . If you want to play again, another letter to them will give you access again, but only after a 3 month waiting period counting from the day they receive your letter.

 

Those are the most important rules/ laws I'd say.

Player protection gets better and better here and I like it.

Unibet is one of the well known ones we have, I assume that's the same for everyone. Circus.be has a lot of different slots as well. Betway we have also, not that much good on that. Bwin is also pretty good. Casino777.be also has a lot of slots. Goldenpalace.be is one I probably did best on although I dcon't play there that often, they don't have that many providers.

I assume anyone can play on those, we just can't play on foreign ones. But there's deposit options still there that we aren't allowed to use anymore ( we can't use visa and such, I forgot to mention that above , has to be a normal bank card tied directly to your bank account ) 

I never had issues with any of them tbh, although withdrawing from Bwin can take a bit long sometimes ( like, 4 days in which you can reverse, I hate that )

Unibet ( but I assume that's the same everywhere ) I like most for fast withdrawals. Almost always processed same day. 

I don't really think we have anything here that you can't find elsewhere though, it's hard to win anywhere

If you look at different websites stream their lines from different sources. Sportbettingz, for example, sources their lines from the pinnacle. Those lines then fluctuate based on the action coming in on nitrogen and pinnacle.
