Rizk casino - has this ever happened to anyone else before?

Hey all. I had a win on monopoly live yesterday, ended up withdrawing £700, locked the withdrawal and logged out.

this morning I tried to log in to my account to check the status of my withdrawal and it said my account had been blocked 😳

so I went straight to customer care who said they can’t see why I can’t log in and that they will investigate and email me when they have done so. I asked about the withdrawal and they said it is still pending. 

I have never withdrew from Rizk before so as you can imagine it took me by surprise to see my account had been blocked after withdrawing yesterday for the first time. 
 

Any help or past experience with rizk would be great ty xx

I was using them more befor the regulations in sweden since they was giving out an okay amount of bonuses and i newer had any problem with them. So i dont think you have anything to worry about.

Probably just a security check, hope you have sent your documents in already?
