Hi all,

I setup an account with a casino recently and won 1250 euros.

I then withdrew 1150 and this can be seen in the withdrawal section and appeared to be locked and unable to reverse.

I logged on to play with the 100 left over but 1250 was left over.

I couldn't contact support so assumed this must have been an error on their side.

The way I gamble I knew if that money was left in I would gamble it. Which I did.

But I feel if I had won, they would not have honored winnings.

Has anyone ever had an experience like this before?

Is it not incredibly weird for a withdrawal request not to come out of your balance?

I mean, I can still see I have a pending withdrawal of 1150

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

How is this possible? Have you even tried online chat or writing an email?

They have a pending withdrawel of 36 hours, and i am 100% sure they hope i will play with the money. I am not worried at all i know this casino will pay me the money i still play there because of the good bonusses and great selection of slots, but the 36 hours waiting i think will make some lose it all

Indeed he did, but only after the fact he gambled all that money away. So after that it's not a problem for the casino anymore to wave somebody off. Would be nice to even know the casino in question. Maybe there is a moderator on this forum who could kindly explain the situation.

I have never withdrawn from them before.

I setup the account yesterday. Won the money. Sent the docs. But logged in and saw that the balance was still there. It looked like the withdrawal was locked when I first did it cause there was no option to cancel (great for me)

I'm heartbroken. They don't even have deposit limits or wager limits. Normally when I win such an amount I slap on a one month wager limit of 100 so as I cannot possibly lose more then 100.

The casino in question is fortune clock casino and I signed up to them via ask gamblers.

I submitted a complaint with ask gamblers as if they're promoting a site such as this, surely they will step in and help me get my funds as I feel this was sneaky from the casino.

I have never seen a casino leave funds in the account. My withdrawal is still pending. I bet if I had won they would of said it was an error.

Seems like a scam casino as the live chat were extremely rude and of no help.

the casino i am on now, did the exact same thing. Even i had a pending withdrawel the money was still in my casino balance, i did not try to make a spin. But if opened a slot, i could see all the balance. Normally it would say 0 unless i did a cancel of the withdrawel.

The casino i am on is slottica. But today they confirmed my withdrawel that i made on 13/4, i was never worried i would not get the money. Because i have played on another owned by the same company, and it was all the same. It is even a curacao licence casino, but i still like to play there because they have a huge selection of slots i cannot play on a danish casino.

Dont expect any kind of help from askgamblers. I once did a deposit on a casino site that i found on askgamblers and it said (and still does today) that the casino accept players from Denmark. I know it is up to me to read the terms on the casino site, i still at that point had no reason not to trust askgamblers, i have since then found out that they are not to be trusted. But i had made a deposit and then i found out that they did not allow players from denmark, the online support was very helpful and they did a full refund without any fees. But when i talked with askgamlbers support that it was wrong information on their site, they got said that it was 100% up to me to read the terms on the casino site. This was a month ago and they still write that Denmark is accepted, so i was lucky to get my money back but askgamblers would not have helped me even they have the wrong information on their site.

So my best advise is dont cancel the withdrawel because that is what they are hoping you would do, if you feel the need to play then please do it on another site. But if you end up loosing it all, you gonna feel so bad about it

Did i misunderstand, did you gamble it all away or only the 100?

@Deano199994 just to clarify: you made a withdrawal of 1,150 euros and left 100 in account to play with. The withdrawal wasn't processed and you received the 1,150 back. With the 1,150 you bet it and lost it?

Correct. But the withdrawal still was pending and not in my account which I've never seen before.

I just think it's bad practice.

I am trying to withdraw €180 from Fortune Clock. They have rejected it once but no way of contacting them and no history of transactions available. After reading all of the very negative reviews, I am very worried this is a scam site. Anyone know anything?

Hi there,

Thanks for the info. I did find th cat button but couldn’t get anywhere, so I emailed them.

They did actually reply and told me that I needed to do ID verification and someone has sent me an email regarding this. Nobody had emailed this separate request, so I told them so and then someone emailed me back the next requesting the docs. All seemed ok with what they asked and they did say to cover up the numbers etc like most decent casinos do, so I did then email them the standard ID photo attachments I have and will see what happens.

So far then, all seems normal. I will see if they try to make it even more difficult or reject again.

thanks

I am still waiting for the actual money back. After numerous rejections, sending of documents, conversations with my account manager ( who was quite helpful) they finally “ approved” my ID and withdrawal. Guess what? They said the payment to my bank did not go through. Exactly what various reviewers have said about them.

E@ch time something happens, you have to make the withdrawal again. Basically they are trying 5o keep my money or anyone’s money in the account, so event7ally you gamble it away. It actually says Withdrawal Approved on my account as well! Terrible casino if every respect except for the account manager, who told me not to touch the money.

i will keep trying with my debit car£, then Skrill and then Netteller

Getting really silly now. They’ve approved my ID and my withdrawal but then have said that it hasn’t gone through to the visa debit card I deposited with. This has happened 3 times! Sent some waffle emails each time and are now asking for another card or Perfect Money wallet. Never heard of them but set one up and now they want screenshots from this. Have tried Skrill first as they feature it on the banking page. I must repeat DO NOT USE FORTUNE CLOCK CASINO!!! They are the worst ever and definitely part scammers.

They have just paid my withdrawal into my Perfect Money account. It’s a miracle! 15 days it took. I now have to work out how to get my money out Perfect Money lol. FORTUNE CLOCK IS THE WORST WITHDRAWAL PROCESS EVER. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY

Update. It would appear that Perfect Money is also a scam site. I have the €180 sat there with no real way of getting it out. The wire transfer routine declines at the last hurdle. There are no ways of withdrawing it through Western Union or Moneygram even though they say they are partners and there is no telephone number. SCAMMERS!!!

im starting to think this a front for Russian crime outfits or similar as the payments go through in rubies. Luckily the debit card I use never has anything in it as I only use it for gambling and transfer to my other account as soon as I get winnings. Bloody scammers do my nut in!

Hello

I am as we speak right in The middle of this nonsense.

Today my withdrawl have taken 1 week and 1 Day so far. Still havnt got my money.

AT first they just wanted The documents. When they finally got all documents they demanded i just used my Mastercard that has been used in The deposit. Now i waited for The money to drop into my bank account.  Damn i was wrong...

Now they asked for another card. Its not common to even have 2 cards. But sure, im in The middle of bank-change so i still have 2 account and 2 cards. So i have them my 2nd one. Different bank and a new card.

36 hours later they telling me this wont work either. They only telling me its "technical error from you're bank"

Ive traded with currencys, shares and loads of gambling in my days world wide. Never had any problem withdraw to my swedish banks. So its quite wierd that 2x cards and 2x different banks gettting this kind of "error".

Few days back they asked me to create a Perfectmoney account.

And I did... Im now verified AT perfect money. ( they say verification might take 72 hours.)  but they verified my account in The frames of 12 hours.  All set.

After 2 attempt of withdrawl to Perfect money they still tell me its not working due error.

Ive been learing and reading from all kind of forums that Fortuneclock only delaying Peoples withdrawl for The hope of they gamble it insted of even Come to The end gettting The money.  I never thought this were True.  But now I do. The balance never go down, even when youre withdrawl gettting accepted.

And The support they have. Its a extern support connected to The casino. So IF The finacedepartment @ fortuneclock decline youre withdrawl. You have to do everything all over again. Insted of gettting support from them whats The issue etc.

After spending ALOT amount of time money and frustration i say this to everyone that just opened a account or thinkin of doin that..... DO NOT PLAY ON FORTUNECLOCK CASINO.

I won 1800 on 0.5 Euro bet, its harder to withdrawl then win The money.

Hi there,

This casino is a bad one but I did get my money eventually from them by opening a Perfect money account. There was a person from their help desk who did actually help but I think I got lucky there.

I would suggest withdrawing a smaller amount to start with as I think they have a maximum withdrawal of €300 which is obviously bad but try that. I did €290 to start with. Check the small print to see if I'm correct.

I then opened a Paysera account as they are recognised partners to PM but get that first withdrawal done. See if it works and then go to the next step. Any money is better than none. It took me ages but I got there in the end.

It is a very bad casino and never touch it again once you get your money. Most of the Curacao ones are dodgy except Lord of the Spins

Let me know how you get on
