Deposited only 25€ but after the deposit i got an error message , no money on balance yet i had been processed by my bank to trustly. Support seemed to be very useless and rude, just kept saying they dont have any record of the deposit . So i sent them a screenshot of the transaction. Still they wasnt helpfull. Asked me to contact Trustly my self -.-.. Well i did reach out to trustly and they said the payment has been paid to the merchant and gave me another transaction ID to give it to the casino. It seemed to be useless to do the casinos work . Havent heard anything from them since.. Link to comment

Joppezzz Posted 10 April, 2020 Share Posted 10 April, 2020 Sometimes deposits with trustly doesn't go through payment system. Has happened to me also few times. You should receive your deposit back to your bank or your gaming account within few days. Link to comment

The browser did an error after i completed the payment so the money did not show up in my balance. I contacted chat, send them a photo from my showing the money have been draw from my account, 5 minutes later the money was in my casino account Link to comment

These guys just keep repeating the same junk about it was declied blah blah. Yet Trustly support clearly says the merchant has received the transaction. Unfortunately, the merchant's customer service provided you with wrong information. They should have reached out to our commercial support if needed, which is available for them 24/7. This communication does not involve you at any point. We are sorry to see that the merchant instead informed you wrongfully. We will review this internally and with the merchant.We can see that your transaction with reference 2197655144 was SUCCESFULLY sent to Eaglebet Id suggest ppl circle around from these guys Link to comment

They are still claiming they havent received anything yet Trustly is giving me a whole other story. Trustlys support, It seems like Eaglebet initially had a minor of issue with the transaction from their side. However, we received the notification that the deposit has been completed on 2020-04-09 at 12:00, which indicates that the funds have been added to Eaglebets balance. If Eaglebet answered trustly with that kinda info that the deposit was added to balance and to me saying there is no no deposits received, well someone is lying here then. Link to comment
uainot89 Posted 13 July, 2020 Share Posted 13 July, 2020 Hey Riku, I was looking for this specific casino here because apparently they are not available in Germany at the moment but when I deposited there at the time with Trustly, the deposit was reflected immediately on my account...not sure if it happened with you again with the payment method.
