Nitrocasino cashback system is nonsense.

I received a mail in my junk folder at 14:10 with a cash drop of €120 (the cashback system). I logged in and nothing was there, Contacted Live support talked with Saso and he told me he added the funds and free spins as compensation on the account. Last morning i checked and there was still nothing there so i decided to contact again. Saso told me the bonus money he added had expired? And now i'm not eligble for a cash drop again.. I think this isn't fair and would hope someone could help me out with this. I have copies of livechat conversations and the mail regarding bonus money.
