Locked withdrawals

hi i dunno if i´m right here............can anybody tell me what´s with casumo removing the lock withdrawal function due to maintenance?

 

They couldn´t tell me when or if it was back...

well i asked for detailed information and opened a ticket they said they would get informed by their IT......still waiting for management response

i hope i get my 150 euro withdrawal tho -  it´s been accepted yesterday
