Skrill issues.

Did not know where on the forum to post, so i guessed this was the subforum to post on.

i’ve had a skrill account for a long time now. Deposited to it, withdrawn from it. But now suddenly, i get an error when i tey to withdraw to my bank account. «Transaction  failed» it says. I withdrew to my visa debit card, and that seemed to work. Think it says it takes about 1 week for tje miney to transfer to visa card. And the 7.5% fee is a bit steep, but okay. 
i wonder if anyone else here has the same issue?

i have no problems depositing in to my skrill account via rapid transfer, but cant withdraw to it. 
i live in Norway btw, idk if that would make any difference. Last time i withdrew to my bank account was the 31 january, this year.
