Leovegas verify account, upload documents doesn't work

See title, anyone else experiencing the same?

 

I requested a withdrawal and an hour later I got an email, saying I need to verify my credit card. That is no problem and I went to upload the document. But unfortunately it did not work.

After talking with the Support chat, it turned out the upload server is been down for some time. I tried it now 3 days straight and still doesnt work for me.

 

Anyone else having this problem?
