Wildz - missing withdrawals

Hi, 

i never thought i would have the need to make a post like this. I’m a VIP Loyalty customer at Wildz casino and it has been nothing less then a joy ride. Couldn’t ask for more and they are truly in my eyes one of if not the best casino out there. 
 

However i have encountered a issue that has never happened before in the past and having tried to resolve this first with them trying to establish contact but Nor receiving any answers at all i see no other action. 
 

In order: 

 

15th March - 

I get a personal record win of 5100x and a dream hit on a €3 stake. I go ahead and make a cashout request for 3x 40000 NOK and 1x 38000 NOK. 
I request them to be pushed and within some minutes 2x 40000 NOK is accepted and sent, However the other 2 are denied. 
After some back and forth with the chat and trying it again and getting denied they come to the conclusion that the withdrawal method i’m using is having a error and not recognizing that i have money in my account for withdrawal. So we should wait. I kindly Ask them if i can do bank withdrawal as i have used this method before and they let me. 
5 minutes later they are accepted and sent. So far soo good. 
 

17th March - 

First withdrawals of 2x 40000 NOK hit my bank. From past experience none of my withdrawals have taken more then 24 hrs, 48 at most if its at the weekend. So i start to Wonder where the remaining is. 
i ask the live chat and they tell me it can take upto 5 days so i should wait until Friday 20th. 
 

18th March- 

I make a new deposit and manage to Get a new cashout. I make a withdrawal.

19th March - 

The withdrawal from the previous night hit my bank instant in less then 24hrs. 
 

20th March - 

Today it the withdrawal of 1x 38000 NOK and 1x 40000 NOK was supposed to arrive according to the timeframe i was given. I go ahead and contact Live support and to my shocking suprise i am informed that these have not been sent and are on hold because of some limit from the system. However for the past 4 days other support have said they are sent and on the way. Conflicting statements and i am left to wonder where is my money? 
 

Throughout all this i have been trying to contact my account manager on WhatsApp. I Get no replies. He has seen my messages.

I also have a pending withdrawal at Wildz.com. Just see more and more cases from them lately. 
I've been waiting for over a week. Every time I contact them through chat, they have to send an e-mail to the "right department". 
The "right department" has never answered me. Nothing is happening and withdrawal has not been processed yet (still pending with option to cancel it).

I would recommend everybody to stop using Wildz.com until they start paying out. 

Kind of surprising that it is a trusted casino by CasinoGrounds and my favourite streamer (Kim). 
I actually followed the link from Kim's page when I signed up.
