SPINIA refusing to accept documents

Hello,

 

I talked well for this casino in another post but now, the tides have changed.

 

I've played alot here and after withdrawing 2000€ they require documents. All good, I provide them with what they ask; Proof off address, bank statement, credit cards and identity. Account is verified and all good to go again.

 

I deposit from my Trustly account and from one of my two credit cards and make withdrawals ~4.5k euro more. 

 

After using my second credit card, I upload the documents because I haven't used that one before. I win 3k euro and I want to withdraw this. This is where it takes a hold.

 

Now my withdrawal is rejected, and they email me to contact support for additional documents. I ask support what they want and they say they are missing "two IBANs". I dont know what IBAN is, I ask them and they say its like an account number. Okay then, I google a bit and I find the IBAN for my Trustly account. I provide them with this. 

 

I also look for the IBAN numbers for my credit cards, one of which is part of a bank and the other is just a credit card from Klarna. I ask both the credit card manufacturers for IBAN numbers and they reply there are none. 

 

I upload a screenshot from my VISA-bank where it shows my bank number (not IBAN as there is none) and tell them in chat that I can't provide them with any IBAN for the second credit card as there are none.

 

The reply I get is "We need two more IBANs" and this makes me think their support is AI based because not one time did I get any reply that talked like a human being. 

I ask to speak with someone that knows English and got no reply, ask to speak with a human and didn't get a reply either. Not even a smirk that says "I'm a human :)" No no, just "We need two more IBANs". 

 

So after uploading all that I can give them, I tell them again that I can't give them any IBAN numbers. They say they can't verify that these credit cards belong to me, even tho my name is on them and everything. 

 

I ask for my deposits from my last withdrawal to be returned as they wont process my withdrawal, and he/it says that I have 3000euro on my account that I can use for play but not withdraw until they have two more IBANs.

 

I filed a complaint on AskG and MGA, but I guess my money is in the sea. 

 

Stay away from this filth.

I believe every account has an IBAN - it's essentially identifying number for your account.

 

I asked both the CC companies for the iban number and they say there are none attached. I pay my credit cards with OCR number and that is whats connected to my credit card.
