I was hoping there'd be any wildz representative here that could help me get my verification process sped up. Documents (so withdrawal aswell) have been pending for 5 days now, sadly live support isn't helping me speed up the process, so figured i'd give the cg forum a go. If anyone's able to help me get the process sped up drop me a pm :) Much appreciated!

I would advice to set a daily wager limit if you've something pending 😉

Yeah set myself a 10 euro loss limit for the coming week, got a 1400 withdrawal pending

Hi Guys,

Our customer support was under-staffed earlier this week and we are currently trying our best to clear the queues in KYC and Payments.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we should be back to normal speed shortly.

Totally understand that being under-staffed can happen during these times, thanks for the reply. Also, I just happened to get my documents verified a few minutes ago. Withdrawal got denied though sadly, because i apparently used the wrong withdrawal method. Hope verification doesn't take so long this time :)

Hi, 

i’m getting conflicting information regarding my withdrawal. It’s been 5 days and they have said every day its been sent and its accepted in my account on the 15th, total of 4x withdrawals.  I received 2 of these cashouts but 2 is missing still. Today i ask again and they tell me its not sent from accounting departement. 
i’m a vip Loyalty customer so this is really confusing to me that stuff like this can happen. Even Worse i can’t Get a reply from my account manager on WhatsApp. 
what is happening here?

Had a withdrawal pending for over a week now. Haven't even been processed yet. I have no intension of cancelling the withdrawal nor to play at this casino in the future.

My mate have been waiting 15 days for vertification. He uploaded the documents the 5th, but it hasn't been accepted nor declined. Just not processed yet. Thet state 24 hours on their page, but it has now been over 2 weeks.

Just to give a heads up to others that think about playing at Wildz.com.
Just don't. 

"We should be back to normal speed shortly" - This was 18.03. 
6 months after, they are still "under-staffed"...
