Documents (so withdrawal aswell) have been pending for 5 days now, sadly live support isn't helping me speed up the process, so figured i'd give the cg forum a go. Also, I just happened to get my documents verified a few minutes ago. Withdrawal got denied though sadly, because i apparently used the wrong withdrawal method. It’s been 5 days and they have said every day its been sent and its accepted in my account on the 15th, total of 4x withdrawals. I received 2 of these cashouts but 2 is missing still. Today i ask again and they tell me its not sent from accounting departement. i’m a vip Loyalty customer so this is really confusing to me that stuff like this can happen. I have no intension of cancelling the withdrawal nor to play at this casino in the future. My mate have been waiting 15 days for vertification. He uploaded the documents the 5th, but it hasn't been accepted nor declined. Just not processed yet. Thet state 24 hours on their page, but it has now been over 2 weeks. Link to comment
