Pay out trouble

I have been verified and was withdrawing my winnings on a big win and i have now been stopped from withdrawals and deposit but i have 40grand sitting there which is playable

so i have to wait now becuse they want to confirm my income Now! After i was told im safe and legal after verification.now im stressing becuse they asking me for payment slips and tax returns and statements and saying its for my own safety but u left my cash there to be play and spent back to the casino

and im made to feel crap after a big win and instead of celebrating im stressing and depressed thinking they trying to make me lose my money and not letting me withdraw my balance.i have turn on all loss limits to 10£ and will not be playing the cash away and am now thinking of legal action becuse this is not safe to leave cash for me to lose when i want to withdraw im very angry and really annoyed this is all tactics to make you lose the cash u won.when depositing cash nonstop and not winning no body cares, no one asked if my income was ok to play so much but when i win and want to withdraw they asked if my income was  ok and they need check this and that very see-thru dodgy scammers but we are all held to ransom any help please which legal route can i take

You could just show them any proof you have. Would make it alot quicker you have to remember that casinos need to and will verify source of wealth.

What if yr just a layabout who gets money from family and friends for help here and there and u dont have an income can they actually use that to not pay out?

Can you prove were the money came from? Can your family prove were it came from? If yes than I believe you will get your money, if you can't then i believe you wont.

Yes my family run a network of cafes and kebab shops so we are a well off and all legitimately made in businesses

Should i get legal advise becuse they saying its for my own safety that i dont get into financial trouble and they leaving my big balance to be played and to be bet away how is that looking out for me

So if you had borrowed  the money or used your credit cards credit would that matter for them?

 

Just tell them to pay you the money and then if they dont want you as a customer they can close the account for good,

They just need to know were the original money came from they just need to see some sort of income to prove that its legit. It's pretty standard I don't think screen shots of wins will satisfy them.

They said they need see invoices for my wages From my brother to collaborate with payment from my account can my brother just get the accountant to write up some invoices

After a week it let me withdraw again and it went through 

and i still havnt had my payslips verified

i will continue to take my winnings out regardless of waiting for there approval 

i sent in payslips but there so slow i have 2 withdrawals left and then god willing thats it and no problems later

I finally got a reply saying they have reviewed my account and have decided to close immediately and will honour all contractual obligations and let you pay out the remaining account balance 

which was approved and in my ba nk in seconds and they make you wait days so maybe u cancel withdrawal and lose your winning very disgusting leovegas 

i have taken £75,000 from them so f..k them happy lock down loaded no worries
