Novibet Taking Weeks to Verify my Account

Evening, Im new to this site and not sure if this is just to vent or to help people. But here goes...

On 16th February, I signed up with Novibet after seeing their welcome match bonus of 100% up to £250. I won £1800 playing blackjack (before going into my bonus funds) and I withdrew.
I was asked to send photos of my ID, a photo of me holding that ID, proof of my home address and my bank card which I duly sent. I was then asked for proof of my telephone number so I arranged a time for them to call me, they asked me some security questions and told me at the end of the telephone call that my phone number had been verified. I have therefore provided all of the documents that have been requested from me without delay.
Two weeks have passed since I had the 'verification' telephone call. Nothing has been requested from me since this date. I’ve been on live chat, I’ve telephoned them and sent emails but they just keep saying they are still verifying my account and asking me to be patient. I have been patient – it’s been 2 weeks since they last contacted me without me having to contact them first. And every time I do contact them I get the same, unhelpful response.
I’m out of ideas now, Novibet don’t seem to care that my withdrawal is being delayed. I don’t know if they treat all of their clients this way and if this is the ‘norm’ but Ive certainly never had to deal with a lengthy verification process like this with other online casinos. They won't give me a timeframe for when the verification process will be completed. Im out of ideas so if anyone can help i'd be grateful
