Nitrocasino withdrawal

Just wondering about withdrawal times at nitro casino. According to support it would be about 72h to process withdraw.. 

That really sounds slow for an casino that charges 3€ for an withdrawal.. 

Is there anyone here that has done a withdraw from there and how long did it take?

Just to update here, did my withdrawal yesterday at 9pm had the amount on my account at 11.55 am. 

Wasn't an instant withdrawal but in an acceptable time frame... 

Then again what it comes to with the fee of 3€ to make an withdrawal...  Could accept it if it was an withdrawal to an skrill account that might take an charge for the transfer, but not when it is a trustly bank payment...

When it comes to the withdrawal time frames, we state from 0 to 72 hours after the player account has been fully verified. Of course, once the documentation is up to date the processing times are reduced. Regarding the transaction fees, they are there for operational purposes, to be able to offer different payment methods and at the same time, keep our service standards as high as possible.

On February 17, I made a small deposit at Nitro casino to try the casino. The money disappeared very quickly, but that's fine. What annoys me is that they say if you make a deposit today we will reward you the next day, check your email and we will send you a nice email. I went in the next day to check what has been sent, did not find a crap. Today I went to live support to ask what had happened, they said I should have logged into my casino account the following day to receive bonus and not mail. WTF, the campaign tab says something completely different. I think it's a very bad start for a new casino

I took a look at Nitro but ultimately decided not to open an account based on the withdrawal fee. Yes, it's only €3 but it's annoying as F* and it's more of a principle rather than the actual cost. I'm pretty sure you guys lose in the long run with these fees rather than to keeping it free.

I don't understand how you can defend fees based on operational expenses? As a casino you guys should just suck it up and offer this service to players for free instead of slapping them with annoying fees that makes people run far far away.

If you have to charge fees for the sole reason to offer multiple payment methods keep it to the methods in question and leave Skrill and others out of it.

Rework your fee structure and I might consider Nitro again in the future.

There is cases where even if the account has been created through Pay n Play, our Payments and Fraud Department needs to do some extra checks.

Same story here, had a win on friday and did a withdrawal. Uploaded documents etc by livechat.. won some extra and made that withdrawal as well.

This morning the withdrawals were canceled without any reason?

Funny thing is, in the beginning the withdrawals we’re instant and after winning some “bigger” amounts it’s getting harder to withdraw(those extra checks dont take hours, especially not after a verified account)..

I got my withdraws accepted the 6th and 7th of january. 
I'm used to getting my payouts the day after the withdrawal, anyway.. I contacted them 2 days after and no money received. I got told it would take up to 5 days. So I waited those days and still nothing. Then they said it wasnt payed out before the 11th. So I had to wait another 5 days from that date, and it would be in my bank account on the 19th (guaranteed). Still nothing. So after that it was a technical issue of some sort that affected me and "alot of others".  I have now waited 3 weeks. And received nothing..
