This time I've had a bad experience, and I am in need of your assistance in this matter. I signed up at the casino SpinUp Casino after I saw their ad with a good "Welcome Bonus". I deposited 20€ and read the terms and conditions for my welcome bonus, so I was well aware of the rules of playing with a welcome bonus. I managed to win a little bit and finished the wagering. At one point I did a single misclick at the game "Gladiator". The mistake is that due to the design of the game where the "max-bet" button and the "spin" button are closely together, and at one point I was unlucky and pressed the one button, once. So in my betting history I can see that the bet that was made was at 7.50€, since I read the terms I immediately contacted the live support, cause when the "max-bet" button is pressed the game start spinning right away, and there is no chance to reverse it.. I talked to the live support via chat and they told me they could not help me, since they were not "VIP-Operators" and that their system was working perfectly fine. I was not complaining but telling them about the problem that occured for me. I continued playing and finished the wagering, then I made a withdraw and was thinking this would not be a problem, since all of my bet are within the betting limit as stated in their T&C. There is just this one mistake that made me fall under the "irregular play".. I was also not notified about the withdraw that was cancelled, and had to contact the live support my self to ask about details. The person answering told me about the "irregular play <20%" and then advised me to contact their "complaints department" and then he left the chat right away.. Also the mistake bet that was made did not end in income, just as a loss for my account. I did not win anything, and since I did the right thing contacting the support I they should reconsider their decision. This is the bet, from my betting history which is above the limit.
