Leovegas denied refund

Last year I was discretionary excluded by leovegas and on my enquiry was told that decision is final and can’t play across network .

end of year December I played at royal panda not knowing it’s a sister website ..when I came to know I immediately informed royal panda and they asked for proof which leovegas support confirms that I am excluded from April 2019 .

i put my refund case ..this is when everything changed leovegas declined refund saying it was a human error and my account was closed not excluded and they are very sorry that I have been misinformed and denied my refund .

i submitted many chats confirming that I am excluded since April . But leovegas said that I was misinformed .for 10 ko months I have been misinformed .even the day before refund application I was told by three support representatives that it’s permanently excluded.

really disappointed by casino

My experience has not been good .from ten months you are telling me I am permanently excluded and after refund application ..you apologise ..that’s unfair ..they have a lot of problems extending exclusion across network and then they always come up with these excuses .my case is with ibas ..anybody has any experience with ibas ?
