Hey guys i got a question about skrill.com. Has anyone tried to contact skrill support and got response back? I know vips supposed to even have dedicated support managers but really though, are you guys satisfied with the support?

i contacted neteller support regarding an withdrawal that was pending for a few days, it took them 4 days to respond. Before there was a live chat with decent respond time, but they removed it.

skrill <-> neteller, so i think its the same.

I see more and more often that casino welcome and reload bonuses exclude neteller and skrill, could this be a reason they simply have to cut in stab because people dont use their services that much? just a thought...

Yeah i remember the live chat, it was the best way to contact but its gone. Are you vip there?(asking cause 4 days for vip its kinda slow slow response)

I think if skrill cuts off support, then the next step is demolition.

If i have a problem with skrill i just givem them  a call and they fix the problem in few min.  here is a number +44 20 3308 2520

But yes if you use email it can take some time

i am using Skrill ( old moneybookers ) for 15years and never had a problem that was not fixt in max 20min but i give them a call evrytime

Yes i'm VIP. I used the contact page and created a new case. Mabye i should use the vip page and send email directly to the vip email? Didnt think of that, i will try that next time i need support. fortunately it's not often.
