Made a couple of deposits and was able to win a decent amount of money. Knowing that I had to give my documents, I sent them an email in advance with the required documents on monday Jan 27th. This email was ignored. Later that day I received an email stating that I had to upload my documents, which I did. This email was also ignored. Today I received an email stating all my withdrawals are declined due to not having sent any documents. Which is false, because I already had sent in two emails. So today, for the third time, I sent in my documents. But also this mail is being ignored. kindly requesting help to make some progress in my verification and to not further lose any of my wins. refer to the attached files for all proof. thanks Link to comment
