Mcarious Posted 27 January, 2020 Share Posted 27 January, 2020 Hi, i lost a couple of deposits in the begining so before i made Any new deposits i made sure they hade Every documents they needed. after recieving the email That my account was fully verified, i started Playing at casino sugar again. I Consider myself as a highroller. i was in for about 20k€ loss 2020. the last nights i grinded a new deposit upp to around 20k and made withraws. 2.5k € at a time. (Max thrue thrustly) then they started to ask for more information, as to i need to send new documents. the bank account, Which i made a deposit from was the same account they accepted documents from and verified my account. now they Are delaying so they want new documents. Every email i recieve from them has a scammy feeling over them. Never a specifik point, only ”new documents” they Are delaying the replays. they see That i often cancel my withraws so they Are trying again to delay so i maybe play the money. the live chat told me there was No problem withrawing to my account even if they wanted Any new documents due to the account being verified! i never play with bonus money, only raw! I signed with CG link, so i hope somebody can help me. Every streamer is playing from there, and the company behind it is Huge. i remember having to Fight with casinos back in the days, but for f*ck sake its 2020. Can we get some info about this from the casino, its Crazy. i made 10 withraws of 2500€. thats over 1200€ they Are taking from me!!!! Link to comment

Everybody wants a piece I can confirm Trustly takes a few % each way unless you do it in the same currency so that's them for sure - If you can do a bank transfer that's usually a better way to go with big withdrawals.
