Casinogrounds Shame on you Bcasino

CG don't care. The goal is the bottom line. There is so much competition now from other big streaming groups. Its like the wild west. Affiliates need to be regulated and this is something I am pushing for with the UKGC.

FYI I have taken Bcasino to court over stealing deposits.

Hi Winni12321,

We absolutely do care and immediately removed the casino in question when we first heard of this. We are currently investigating what can be done but all points to bCasino shouldn't have been featured.

We are reviewing the current offering and see if further changes are appropriate. I would like to emphasize that already today we say no to the vast majority wanting to be featured on CG as they do not pass the vetting.

So basically the same happened to me. I had a huge win on a Megaways game and ended up withdrawing €650,-

bCasino replied in the same way again as you can see in the screen cap.

I immediately canceled the waithdrawal and the €650,- showed up in my account again, 10 minutes later it was gone.

I replied to the email and I got an automated email back stating they bumped it to their Complaints Management Team and they would reply within 8 weeks ((...?!?!?)
I took them a week to actually reply to my complaint.
I always read the T&C. Not in the email or the link provided in the email did they mention anything about play bonus buy features. In their email though, all of a sudden, they did.

Its so confusing dealing with this casino since it takes them about a week to reply and when they do they sign it with their team name and you don’t even get somebody’s credentials.

I really feel scammed by them and am willing to press charges because their T&C is not transparent at all.

Does anybody have any tips regarding this issue?

CG I really hope you can help me out because it’s a damn shame these kinda of things happen!

Yeah, I have faced the same problem and decided not to trust online gambling anymore...

I mean, online gambling (software, slots, providers etc.) itself can be trusted, but most casinos are shithouses. When you live in a country with liberal online gambling laws it's probably better but here in Poland we have like 5 good online casinos available (BML Group, Unibet, PokerStars, maybe Energy Casino) so players have to go to these Curacao casinos with max withdrawal of 500€.

I know that gamblers love to take bonuses but I just think it is not worth it. The only recipe is to play only on the best casinos even if they don't offer us bonuses on regular basis.

I said it long ago, but these nonsense Casino Terms would not stand in any legitimate court of law. It is unfair and disadvantages the consumer by burdening them beyond expectation. The European Commission should start cracking down and introducing regulations preventing this behaviour. As if Casino business isn't lucrative enough.
