Ended up winning 1800 euro. Then i see that all the megaways slot only contribute 10% of the wager. And since they dont have netent, play n go, pragmatic. I thought the wager was impossible to beat. And some other decent games was not allowed to play with bonus funds. But I managed to Clear the wager with 1660 euro left. Went to cashout, then the 160 euro is deducted. Lol I then recived email that my winning is confiscated because of i had gone from low wager contribution to high wager contribution. Great... My question to you, how the fu.. Is it possible to promote such a shady casino. How are you supose to clear the wager. I had sick luck. Not that it mathers.. Lol Do you even read the terms. I searched bcasino review. And casinomeister and the pogg have them blacklisted. Stupid me didn't to that this time, because i thought this site promote good casinos. I looked at some other casinos that you promote as well, and they are pretty shady to. Do you think of the consequence this has for the player?? What disapointment this is. And did I understand right, that they confiscated your balance because you went from slots that only contribute 10% to the wager to slots that wager 100% or did you break any max bet terms? Anyway, why the F would they do that. But it was wrong by you going Tilt Mode because of that, you can’t blame anyone for that, that’s only your fault! You will ALWAYS get help by the CasinoGround operators if sh*t like that happens. I have no clue why that happened but I am sure with the help of @Skylined87 you will be able to get your money and you should always consider asking for help BEFORE you do anything stupid like tilting on other casinos. However, while the terms are ridiculous and all that, if you had read the terms and conditions carefully before depositing and playing on this casino you'd have been able to prevent this entire situation. I'm not here to side with the casino, just telling you that you should put the blame for this on yourself and hopefully learn from it. Always read the T&C before playing on any casino. Even if you know about the term you have to be so insanely careful which slot you are playing, could always be a slot with a higher/lower wager contribution than the slot you played before, what a bullshit. The wager contribution thing is already stupid, especially 10%. Most sites have 50% for the slots you can wager on easier. And since they have that, they should at least let the player decide which slot he wants to wager on, it will be hard enough no matter which option he chooses. They better pay this guy and delete that term or someone has to burn that shit site down, that’s for sure. Making their terms as shady as possible just to fuck over people in a legal way, I‘ve heard many stupid things regarding online casinos, but that one is by far the most stupid one. I hope you get help from CG and @Skylined87 I have to add that the change CG did a while back, taking in all these dodgy casino offers with terrible terms that even the streamers wont accept, its a shame against all members. The number of complaints has increased a lot at the same time. I've also requested that the ratings in the casino lists should be voted by the members, and not the people who gets the profit from them. We are definitely taking measures to more clearly display what CG recommends vs where we believe it's fine to play (but where the brand/offer might have more to ask). There is a distinction today where under casinos it's more liberal while under bonuses and front page we have a definite higher threshold, but it's not clear enough to a user. And as Skylined says, it will be possible to list based on user review's later this year - we just need to overcome some obstacles so that the ratings don't get skewed too much (user's downvoting just because they lost, casinos upvoting their own brands etc etc.) Link to comment

The terms are stated clearly, and although they are shitty, Op either didn't read them at all, or didn't read them well. Because i'd assume anyone who did read them well wouldn't play on the casino like you said. As much as the casino is an absolute shit casino, and as much as i hope for op to get his money back, the casino didn't exactly "scam" the player here. In the end they just acted to their rights and followed T&C. I'm really not trying to defend this horrible casino in any way, i'm just staying objective and stating the facts. Deposited 20€, ended up with 1170€, but i played bonanza, then tombstone, so they took my money away and left 20€ in my pocket. Most stupid wagering conditions and its hard to see and understand at the first look. We are currently investigating what can be done but all points to bCasino shouldn't have been featured. We are reviewing the current offering and see if further changes are appropriate.
