Hypeshev Posted 23 January, 2020 Share Posted 23 January, 2020 Hi guys, I need your help, I am a UK resident, i search for a casino and find Napoli Casino, I deposit more then 2300€ and when i tried to withdraw 4000€ they never respond to my emails and my withdraw is still pendent, I email them more than 10 times, and after a long time one of the assistants in chat told me that my deposit will be refunded but I need to email them about it, but still no reply from them, like no single reply. After I did a long research and found that this casino is illegal in UK and they should never accept a player from the UK. So I heard that I can contact my bank about chargeback, did anyone had some similar situation Link to comment

You should, i get so f@#$# angry when i see stuff like this and ppl say just forget it your money is gone. When it's fraud they should be punished, still these casinos keep coming all the time and they dont get any consequences for stealing.... really pisses me of Link to comment

Spinningforfun Posted 23 January, 2020 Share Posted 23 January, 2020 One should all ways make sure that any casino you join in the ukgc, but I would contact the ukgc about this matter as they may help you, take pictures of all talks with them reply’s ect,keep all of the live chats ect,a casino like that will hold on to the money as long as they can so don’t just give up,keep on at them Link to comment
