I have seen several posts about Just Spin and 21.com

Starting from the best streamers playing the both casinos  or the mentioned Casinos offering *great* promotion on the CG as good will (to which is good of them doing that). However...

What I cant understand is that: How can casino offers good 2.000 Euro as promotion but charge their client for  withdrawing ?? *They dont charge for you to deposit dont worry about that!! They SO.O.O.O want your money* !!!

How can you offer  50/100/200/500 euro on promotions with trick after trick such as wager request and bla bla but no one can withdraw less then 50 Euro min amount (or 100 as used to be before but genuinely you put it down to 50 ) and on top of that you most pay fee of (3 Euro) to which you will only see on cash out and according to the feedback from your clients your Customer Helpline says *No one need to know..... if casino decide to do it they dont need to put it up for the customers to know* .  How can !??.....

They *Almost* begging us to be part of their company as new customers by doing everything they can with their affiliates promoting them and offering good amount of cash prices on CG to promote their websites but they have forgot that if one of us will be charged on withdrawal or been having bad experience with any of the above casinos we will be aware of it! So why dont you make sure on your customers (that you have now) are looked after fairly and happily and get be prepared  to welcome new ones but instead you start reading the book from the back to front !??? 

Doesn't this remind you guys.... a good well known casino (LeoVegas) to which used to be the MOST scam casino known but some well known streamers managed to turn it around and showing them what the client wants and how its done and now they are doing very well (I still DO NOT use that casino till today anyway not matter how good they have become) but just saying.... Isnt this like DEJA VO/ Already Seen !? 

Get it right guys is 2020 (very soon) is not 1990's ;)

The withdrawal and deposit fees is not something I like, but I also understand that it's a big cost for the casino if someone deposits €10, plays a few spins and then withdraws €10. I'm happy to have seen them go with lower fees and lower minimum withdrawals than in the start and also that they've sorted very many things after the community have asked for it.

Man. This company - 21.com. what a crock.

Trustly deposits delayed due to 0 EUR limits imposed.

Live support is 30 mins wait - minimum. Forget emailing support@21.com - may as well write to santa.

Want to impose gambling limits - you have to go via customer service as it cannot be done via website (see previous point for what that experience is like).  To provide balance - the company have really shown their commitment to responsible gambling by making that indispensable 'reality check' option configurable via their website. But limits.... nope!

Withdrawal fees of 3 EUR for each transaction. Check.

And the real real kick in the balls (for me at least) - they will absolutely drag their heels when it comes to withdrawals. Expect 72hrs when there is no technical reason it cannot be instant.

Know this. If you are lucky enough to win at this casino then you should know the drama won't stop there. You will spend the next days anxiously wondering if / when your winnings will be paid. Total bullshit. I wonder if it's the same for affiliates and their affiliate earnings? 😅

As soon as my winnings get paid I will self exclude so they won't see another penny from me. Blah!

@Bob_21com I do appreciate you taking the time to respond. The limits thing is completely misleading as even your website and customer service teams state it has to go via customer service.

As for the slow withdrawals - it's great you are aiming for instant processing. I'm going on go out on a limb and guess you don't have any dates for that?

But for me personally - it's just unacceptable to have to wait days to receive my money. It's angsty. It dangles the reverse withdrawal carrot. It's just not cool and casinos that operate like this lose me as a customer.
