JUST SPIN wtf?

1st they have fee on deposit 2 e

2nd they have fee on withdrawal with 5 euros 

Disgusting

Now to the topic. Filed a complaint here week ago about them not processing verification documents, got answer after 6 days that im missing pdf file of bank statement with full name, bank logo, iban and swift. 

Told them that my bank statement doesnt have all that on and that I cant make my bank change the way their bank statement looks just for 1 person and agent Natalie said ok send us both sides of credit card and that should be fine. Ok, requested withdrawal and waiting continued until 1 hour ago I get mail with same demand for that bank statement 

Natalie sad that my account was verified 100% after I asked her 5 times is she 100% sure 

So 6 days of waiting to get verified and +6 and counting until I get paid

Are u planing to pay me out on christmas as a gift or what???? 

So can I have someone from just spin to sort this for me

To give you the correct information, our deposit fee is €1 and withdrawal fee is €3.

I deposited 50e with their 100% bonus on first deposit... Got up to 1160e and finished wagering.


Played down to 1000 and tried to withdraw but I couldn't because my account was not verified...
Contacted them for acc verification and they told me they will contact me...
After 2 days I played again and slots were dead I lost it all.
Than 3 days after, they sent me a mail and told me I need to make a withdrawal first to make account verification... haha :D

Didn't play there anymore.

I think Justspin/21.com are one of the very few casinos who take player feedback so serious like they do now! Keep in mind Justspin just launched a month ago and as a new brand you always have higher volume at the beginning of the launch, therefore way more work on the employees, therefore maybe a bit longer verification time/withdrawal time. Also - as such a small casino group - they have quite high costs when it comes to payment options and so on, which will become lower over time eventually. Therefore I can get it if a new casino has higher withdraw limits or some fees on withdrawals as it's to expensive to have players depositing 10€, wagering 10€ and cashing 10€ out at the end again. 

However, the guys from Justspin/21.com are always present here in the forum and always try to solve any issues a player might have and try to improve day by day so big heads up for that :)

In other words:

Justspin maybe is really bad in everything a player could care about in a casino, but we get paid so fucking much because they just launched and need new customers so please accept it, we won't delete them from our list anyways ❤️
 

I tried to register there some weeks ago. Had to verify my phone to be able to actually use the site. Didn't recieved the code so i went to the livechat. They told me that they will send me an sms manually. Didn't recieved one after 3 days, so i went to the chat again, they sent a reminder, didn't recieved one after 3 more days, went to the chat, they sent a reminder. And so on.. Probably was in the livechat for 3-4 hours in total, still have no sms yet, maybe next year.

Justspin is a good casino, has lots of games, many different game providers, good graphics etc etc but when it comes to documents it can take some time. @Alex_Justspin does a fantastic job, I personally thank him for the help, but everyone else who works for Justspin must be like Alex, we can't come to CG to complain every time we decide to withdraw money. Justspin has to be as fast as any other casino.

That is my personal opinion

I have same problem. 
Won a lot, asked for a deposit and started verification process. 
Not all documents were possible to upload from their site, but a kind customer agent helped me to do that and confirmed everything was fine.
Then after 1 week I get a general e-mail from a "noreply" address where they ask for everything again. 
I asked customer support if she could specify wich document that had failed. She said that ID was failing because I blacked out passport number. 
I then sent Drivers license instead, but she also said all others document still is on hold/verification. 

I have a pending withdrawal of course, but that is cancelled because of missed verification

I have verified on a lot of casinos through the years, and never had this kind of problems. Both time spent to verifiy, and the information and help to do it right. The few times I have failed on a document I get an e-mail where they describe why, and how I can fix it, and the prioritize it after. 

I hope this is 100% legit, but is a bit sceptic to the process by now compared to other places I hav had an account

Would be nice to get some positive feedback on justspin.

They also asked for "face recognintion", but customer agent said to me that is not needed even if they ask for it in e-mail-

Dont worry its legit, i was worried at first as well but i have cashed out almost 6k euro and are well in profit from the site. It took a little while to get verified but Alex is fast. When that is done the cashout is usually between 12:00 and 16:00 CET from my experience

Well. I think @Alex_Justspin are doing his best to solve issues and I also find customer agents there kind and helpful. So I believe until other is proven that this is a problem in systems an routines that hopefully will improve with som time and feedback like from this page. 

But verification and payments are among the top priorities for a Casino player, so I hope they find their way forward because they have a lot of good slots and a nice site both on PC and mobile units.

I'll let you know how the rest of the verification process and withdrawal works out. At least I now got an response on the spesific document missing and a promise that they will complete the process and payment soon.
