Rizk tech problems bonus and winnings gone/ not paid

2 days ago I played at rizk like I always played. The site was slow, slots turned slow, live casino bets rejected in de middle of the round after the bets are closed, bonuses from slot dissapeared, bets disappeared.  1. On lightning casino I betted on a full number the lightning struck it was 50x my bet rejected in the middle of the round. Rizk don’t see this in their logs so they cant pay. I openend a ticket at evolution gaming and they send them a report with all the details of the rounds and the bets . 2 same happened with monopoly live I had won with rolls, and 5x also this isn’t visible in the logs and they won’t payout. 3. Played slots, normally bonuses stay in the slot when you return, this time te site give a message the session expired and I need to close the window and relog 4 times. The bonus dissapeared form the slot and also not 1 euro cent is added to my balance this happened 3 times on 3 bonuses , also bets dissapeared . Chatted with 5 different agents at rizk...they all say something different and all promise me Something else. Till now all there words and promised never be true. I have gotten nothing and I feel ripped.

Evolution gaming told me he saw 7 rejected bets trough irregularities. And send the report to backoffice of rizk.

I hope you get your money but to be honest i wouldnt count on it to much. It's in the terms and you got unlucky. 

 

You could also turn it around, would you pay them back your bet if your bet lost but there was a ''malfunction'' wich gave you your bet back? Probably not right.

Yeah I already told them they can but my lost bets from my winnings. I’m honest I like fairness

Even though I hope you get those winnings pay (like I do for everyone else), I don't think that here's any room to do a complaint or just a chance you could get right on a complaint (just my thought). This has multiple reasons:

1. Like already mentioned in here: It's a basic rule in any OC T&C. 

2. The difficulties at Rizk were long lasting. It's on you to stop when it makes no sense to play and the performance problems were everything but random. The page ran on time outs over and over which makes gambling impossible. 

3. Responsible gambling - it's not just a sticker somewhere on the page. Playing/gambling under those circumstances is everything but responsible and that shows this complaint. Like I wrote at the beginning, imo you can't do a complaint over this cause the rules and regulations in T&C in combination with "responsible gaming" are a pretty clean reject of this. The only way you've a chance is by communicating with Rizk. I'm not even sure if one of the streamers can or will help you with this. 

 

If you wanna play during those "down times" better look for back-up OC.

Rizk is definitely a good one, but there are much more out there on the same or higher level - especially when it comes to performance issues, Rizk isn't somewhere near the Top spots in this category and you've to expect that this might happened often (compared to any other OC on that level). It's always good to have a plan b! 

 

This should be no offense or sth. like this. it's just my opinion and thoughts on the whole situation. Even though it actually looks like I've this very exclusive.

Thx for your thought. It sounds you have far more experience in online casino then me. I never experienced this before. So I have not backup OC. But I learn the hard way now .

Nah, the hard way would be if you lost big bets or a withdrawal cause of violating T&C and/or Bonus terms. I'm calling this more the moderate but most effective way. You didn't lost money of it, you just missed some bets. 

Do yourself a favor next time take 15 minutes of your gambling time and read both T&C and Bonus terms carefully. There could be a lot of important parts in it like max. bet, wagering requirements, deposit turnover and some more. You'll get pretty quick which one are the really important parts. After I got kicked from a 3k withdrawal while violating max. bet rule, I took this endless letter and tried to apply it on my game for a whole session. That helped me a lot to get a feeling for when I change sth on the way I play - f.e. on every up of my betsize I checked the letter. I knew that max. bet of 5€ already, but just to make me clear how important this little thing is. One overbet and RIP withdrawal.
