Trada Casino - Dodgy RTP

Never noticed before, but Trada RTP on Play n Go is an appalling 91%, and 92% on Red Tiger (at least for the games i checked). Pragmatic seemed fine tho.

Just an FYI in case u play there and had been wondering why BoD takes 500 spins to land the bonus then pays 10x :)

They've had my last deposit

Well they are misleading players for a long time. Fortunately, individual charges are being filed against this ' Rachael' and 'Conor' ( we've had contact with legislators from Ireland, so potentially even criminal, that's what they deserve) , they can also expect a call from my lawyer for a future civil charge, as I;ve been given the green light by local authorities.

They. just tried to screw over the wrong guy.. and this will have impact on their future, that is for sure.

Hey TechnoJoe -

Yes that is the case at the moment (UK players are set at the lower RTP for Red Tiger and Play N Go), outside the UK it is just over 94%. We didn't have these providers prior to the migration which took place on the 20th November, so this is the first time we are offering the content.

Unfortunately, the way Aspire's platform currently operates, they make the decision on local RTP's and the network all use the same setting. However they will be implementing the ability to split RTP at a brand level next year, at which point we will thankfully have the ability to make our own decision. All other slots are set at the standard RTP's for all markets.

I'm really sorry to hear this created a bad experience for you, we will be improving the RTP on that content as soon as we have the ability to do so. I don't have an exact date yet but I'm hoping to get the full road-map in the coming weeks. Please feel free to PM me if you have any questions and I'll be happy to help.

Thanks,

Rachel.

Really used to like this Casino, but since they changed to Aspire it has gone terrible.  Really laggy games, awful layout, and the main thing i liked about them was how fast there payments were.  I had a withdrawal to my skrill account, pending for 2 days, i contacted live chat who said i needed to send them a screenshot of my skrill home page, i did this, and another 3 days later my withdrawal is still pending.  I won't be playing here again!

Hi Ethan,

Please PM me your username and I will get this sorted - that shouldn't be happening. I know the CS team have been quite overloaded this week with stuff relating the migration but it's already coming back to normal, which means document checks etc will happen faster from now on.

We are ironing out some remaining issues post migration, and one of those is the site speed. This will improve on/around 15th December when Aspire will be carrying out an upgrade to improve overall speed and stability.

Thanks,

Rachel.

"Unfortunately, some providers don't allow us to scam your stupid ass, however soon we will be able to rip you of your hard-earned cash"

This is literally what you just said, and you're pretending it's a good thing for players.

Not true, and completely unfair.

What I said was - as soon as we have the ability to choose RTP at a brand level, we will increase it.

Cheers,

Rachel.

We know casino representatives are as trustworthy as politicians, why even bother?

People are putting the boot into this casino over at casinomeister.

They have basically migrated to one of the shittiest platforms on the planet - worse customer service, long withdrawal times, appalling RTP (91% in some cases - wow!) and some really rogue terms and conditions (read them carefully - full of bear traps).

I guess they are here now looking for fresh blood ?

Hey mate :)

If you read the thread over at CM you'd see we're actively working with the community to fix some of the issues with the platform.
The reason we had joined Casinogrounds because this exact thread was brought to our attention, and we wanted to give the members here the opportunity to discuss the issues. :)

I cancelled my withdrawal and unsurprisingly lost it all.  I have now closed my account, something just doesn't seem right anymore, i have a feeling that if i ever made a deposit i would be guaranteed to lose it all.  The whole site, layout, gameplay, slow withdrawals, it seems like i'm playing on and Alpha Interactive site!!  I'll keep looking out on forums if things have improved and may re-open my account, but for now i definitely won't be playing there again.
