Does anyone have any experience with MGA.

Do they usually investigate the case carefully. Did anyone get money back when the casino said no?

I have a case with a casino for a refund. They paid a small part and I appealed to them 3 times with proof. But never wanted to answer the evidence but only that it is a final answer.

Now it has been 1 month at MGA. So if they could say no 3 times in 2 weeks then I do not know what will take time...

This case/dispute/complaint is regarding the "Responsible Gaming Act" which I did open with *****
where I asked for a refund for the period of 2017 and forward. I got a refund for the time of 2019 (For the
period of which Swedish Gambling Authority holds the license for online gambling and betting in
Sweden.) But not for the period of 2017/2018 when MGA did hold the B2C licence.

**** did tell me that if I want to make a dispute/challange the decision they have made I have to go
through MGA and their ADR (eCOGRA). If they need to make any changes/adjustments in their decision
due to the conclusion that you and eCOGRA come up with in this investigation Casumo communicated
to me that they will do so.

I have attached the long story of this case in a PDF document under "attached files" where I explain
everything and also refer to some of the evidences and rules of "Responsible Gaming" during this period
of time Casumo had the B2C licence with you on MGA. I clearly think they broke many of those rules.

I have also the chatlogs, transactions and email between me and Casumo but as theres only the ability to put in 1 file, i can send this through the email if/when needed.

I want you on MGA to launch a full investigation regarding my case against *****. It ́s so much money
for me (about 150k euro) and I want to make sure that *****  have handled this case in a fair and legal
way. Which I absolutely do not believe they have. Therefore im now coming to you on MGA for help to
reopen this case with ***** and eCOGRA (ADR.).

If you need anything more from my part I will comply immediately.

I sincerely hope that you can help me in this dispute. And read the attached file for full story, and evidence and everything in detail.

wow shocked... you are indeed lucky. When the investigation starts, it  usually takes 1 month to have the issue resolved. I remember one time i got 2k in my skrill account outta nowhere due to the mgas investigation. Yeah they resolve things they dont fool around

That gives me hope!! Ive read so much about corruption blabla.

This is a case about Responsible gambling and 230 000 euro that ive gambled away. Im not asking for all the money. But from a time that i have many evidence that this could be handled much better than they have done. So next week is 1 month and i started to collect and build it 6 months ago

I start to get angry and frustrated when it feels like this is not being taken seriously.

I appealed the Casino's decision 2-3 times as they cannot even give an explanation of my evidence if its right or wrong.

So much money and cant even explain exactly why this is the decision

Or, for example, that they pay for 2019 when I only talked about 2017-18 which can be proven.

Instead of being big enough and solving things yourself, you should also contact MGA and I have to translate everything.

October 28, I received this message

During this month I sent an email with more info and also asked how it is going.

NOT ONE SINGLE ANSWER I GOT.

If could say no to me three times in one week. How can nothing happen in a month ?? Shouldn't MGA say something or should they have half a year to snake themselves out?

It feels really weired. Why dont they say no now like they did to me so we can go further???


Is there any other way to go or what should I do? It is not a small case directly and I do not know how to get info if something even happens.

So damn sad. Im loosing it...

They have sent you an email to check with you whether you are comfortable with your playing activity and to also inform you regarding their RG tools available should you wish to limit your play or seek help. In turn, you replied to the RG email appreciating the fact that Casumo reached out to you and confirmed that you are okay.

 

 

 

We assure you that as a regulator, we strive to ensure that our licensees adhere to the strictest levels of player protection but we do understand that there are times where gambling ceases to be a form of entertainment for some. Regrettably, no central database facilitating exclusion from all MGA-licensed operators exists and in all honesty even if such a database did in fact exist, it will only protect problem gamblers from accessing MGA-licensed online casinos; accessibility to online casinos licensed under other jurisdictions is still possible, rendering such an approach highly ineffective.

It feels like MGA hasnt read my case at all. So everything falls because Casumo sends a mail late 2018 and i say im ok?

 

But all my evidence is from 2017 and 2018. and its from that time im asking refund. Why didnt they ask how i felt in almost 2 years??

 

 

 

They didnt even make a legit source of wealth. I showed private loan for 80K

 

Deposits according to the ZIP file that Casumo sended me when I asked according to the law and legislation of GDRP that they should send over everything they had on me:

 

2016: About 800k sek (about 80k euro)

2017: 1.2 million SEK (about 120k euro)

2018: 300k (about 30k euro)

2019: 60k (about 6k euro)

 

I have not much evidence of 2016 and made not much contact with Casumo, so for that period I do not search for refund. For 2017 and 2018 they failed to see my addiction so many time and did not follow the terms and condition in MGA:s B2C licence to Casumo.

I'm going to be honest with you. I couldn't see this case resulting in you receiving any money back now.

Simply because how many people will  this relate to, resulting in 10's, maybe 100's of thousands of addicted gamblers requesting money back.

If they do it for one, they need to do it for all. Where is the line drawn?

I could also have a case, same as yours, where they also would send me an email the following day after a big loss or unusually large deposits for my normality. I also lied about my income and funding, I had previously self excluded on sites, so was known to be susceptible.

Gambling destroyed my life, cost me people I loved to leave, cost me jobs......how much compensation am I going to get for that?

With all due respect, How are you asking for your money back? Did you get robbed or your asking for a refund on the funds you have lost that you chose to gamble? I am pretty sure that if they even give you a penny back then the whole of the casino community would want the same?

I would not put up a case against them if i didn't have strong evidence where they did wrong. 

They wouldnt pay me 6k on my first mail if they didn't knew they have done everything right. 

 

2016 i deposit 60k. Didn't ask for them or 2019. But 2017_18 where i can proof they should stop me before.

Please explain how is proof and what they could have done? Maybe there is more of us who could put forward a similar complaint who are unaware of what it is. 🙂

Haha but on you it sounded like you dont want the casino to pay me. 

 

It took me long time to build the case. Chat history for 3 years etc etc. 

BUT they paid me 6k on the first mail. And thats because they know they didn't follow the rules about RG. I showed a loan agrement when they asked where the money was from. Thats a big signal but they said ok and alot more things
