Mobile App

I suggested this today on nicks stream but I would like to see an casino grounds app because it bugs my happiness to use website and it would be better so it's right there on my phone and I don't need to keep typing the website into chrome. 

And with all the new forums and sites pooing up i believe it would help you stand out from the crowd.

I would be happy for it to contain ads and it would be super easy to make as apps are Mostly written in java so any good web dev can make one.

 

Features I would like to see.

Notifications of casino news.

Notification of when cg streamers go live.

Maybe a live chat service to chat with other members.

 

 

I hope this will be implemented.

I browse this forum a lot from my mobile and i have to say it’s working very well. What are your issues?

You could create a chrome tab on desktop mobile link that to casino grounds as soon as you click it it will go to casino grounds ,abit like home page then you will not need to keep typing it

Because apps are far better all round and like I said you don't get notifications appart from email notifications. Also I never complained about the website I have no actual issue with the website but an app would be better and would engage me more tbh I don't use the website much because I have no reason to randomly check it but if I was getting notifications about news or reviews on slots then I'm more likely to engage with the app/site/forum. It's a win win for Casio grounds as they don't loose anything by having an app and they are extremely cheap to make.

For me the forum works perfect on mobile. Developping an app is expensive and not necessary in my opinion.

Apps are not expensive to make I have been making java applications for website since the early 2000s they are very cost effective hence the fact thousands of apps are released each year. They can pretty much pay for themselves by adding advertising.

It’s perfect on mobile so can’t see your issue. I tend to avoid apps personally each to their own I suppose

It's not an issue it's more of ease of access thing. Like I said engagement is key the website is engaging for example when nickslots does a giveaway and tells people to enter via a forum post and that great it gets many people to the website. But often other things pop up on the website and people like me that don't randomly check it can miss it.

It's the simple things like reviews or offers for new casinos or updates from streamers.

If you have a busy life it's easy to forget about website forums we have all done it, joined a car forum or games forum and used it for a while then just forgot about it.

I understand apps are not for everyone but it's much better for people that have busy life's to get a phone pop-up. Say for example they are at work and it will stay there all day untill they get home and when they are relaxing and  they may see the notification and may it have something they want to engage with on the app that interest them and you just don't get that with the site.

 

I don't want anyone to think I'm attacking the website because I'm not it's a great website I can see all the hard work and polish put into it and I thank all cg members for making it happen. My suggestion is just a way to make it better.

Hey @endcodetv, we have now implemented push notifications. I know it's still not mobile app but it's a step in right direction. We'll mainly use it as notifying people of promotions etc.
