Can withdrawal be processed, normally it always takes very long at Justspin to process withdrawals.

I've been verified for months on Justspin, never had trouble depositing and withdrawing. Last time I won alot of money I was stupid and lost it because withdrawal took longer than a day to process. Today I won 500 euro and when I tried to withdrawal they tell me you need to upload back of your drivers license for verification. I have been verified for a long time, why do I need to upload it again all of a sudden now when I try to withdraw money? They just trying to make me go play and lose the money again which is a very scummy thing to do in my opinion. I'm sure it will take ages now before they verify my account again and process my withdrawal. This will probably be the last time I have played on Justspin, things like this make me stay away from certain casinos. It's unfortunate, because I like Justspin alot.

Hi,

just curious on why the KYC is taking ages to complete. I have had an account for some time, not really used it, but I opted for a small deposit (500NOK) earlier this week. To my surprise, I won a little and want to withdraw (8500NOK).


So I uploaded documents, even before it was requested, I was then informed that my Visa card (approved ID here in Norway) was not vaild ID, so I uploaded my passport and its still pending. How long does these procedures normally take @Bob_Justspin ?
