Thanks for the PM! 

Is there a way to cancel a previous bonus I can't find anything on the website to cancel a previous bonus? It's kind of hard to clear your balance if there not really 1 line slots on your end. I'm talking about a 0.01 balance and the remaining wager is still attached?

I also wanted to mention that I still miss Netent provider. Also there is some lagg spikes on some slots on your casino. I have been checking the same time on a different casino with the same game / provider from that game in this case bonanza was on relax gaming. and it took sometimes more then 10 seconds to finish my spin! I don't know if this an issue on my end but because I have been checking this on other casinos I diddent had this issue. 

Also I would like to know if there is a leaderbord for the Sunday spin. So you can see what place you are in the Sunday 1 spin promotion to have a chance to win allot of free spins. The promotions page diddent show anything at all so its kind of blindless hope to win? Just to make things clear it would be a nice feature. 

The casino is verry friendly to search for specific games.

I have spoken to Saso from the support wich is a nice guy to talk with! 

I hope there is something to do with the transaction fee for deposits! Just Spin is one of a kind with 21.com wich in my opinion have great offers and great free spins promotions!

We will soon go live with the feature that you can drop bonuses. Stay tuned, a lot of cool stuff is coming up! In the meanwhile you can always ask support or PM me and we will help you. Another tip is to play "Tree of Riches" which has a min bet value of €0.01.

We are always expanding our portfolio of game providers, be so sure that you will see your favourite providers up there in the near future! I will have a look with the product team regarding Relax games to see if they spot anything out of the ordinary.

Unfortunately there is no winners list for this promotion, the winner each Sunday gets contacted on the Monday before 1pm. We will make sure to include a winners list in the promotions to come -which will be even more rewarding promotions than the current ones out there.

Actulay clearing the balance do not wipe away the active bonuses, atleast did not do so when i was playing on the site

sorry for my broke English but hope understandable.

I registered Justspin on oct 25. I don't make deposits in new casinos before verification done its my rule because we all know doesn't matter you did everything right some casinos like play with us after we clicked that withdraw button. So I uploaded my documents on oct 25 but I didn't get any reaction for that reason unfortunately I had to skip Kim promotion too. Why take so long even I know its probably not good yet (no possibility upload both side of ID and when I click confirm identity again can't open anymore because this massage: Awaiting Confirmation. Your identity information has been submitted and all relevant information will be processed shortly.)

Thank you for bringing this up. 

For the time being, you need to contact customer support to drop an active bonus. A fix is on the way so that you can drop the bonuses manually, as well as automated drop when bonus=0.

hi again, I was just in chat with Kev, big shutout to him top gay, rly kind fast and helpful!!!, needed to upload some additional docs, also if i can suggest @Alex_Justspin  it would be nice to track players wager progress in slot play, like having info all the time when playing.

Hi! I've been trying to verify your account and card with you for over a week now. Has been in contact with customer service a two-digit number of times, and submitted photo of cards 6-7 times. Last time I heard from you was last Friday, is it going to take so long to get documents approved on JustSpin?

Thank you for raising this with me.

The verification process normally goes by quickly. When there are documents that are not clear enough or for example incorrect documents, it will take longer since the verification process restarts.

I have sent you a PM of which documents you need to verify and I will make sure to follow up during the day.

Was told today by justspin that document approval can take up to 72 hours. Wow, I'm so surprised. FrankFred approved within two hours. @Alex_Justspin

Hi @Kosmankasa

Our KYC process does not have a time limit like this. Your account will normally be verified the same day, maximum the day after if the workload is heavy.  It takes everything from 1 hour to a day. 

Feel free to send me a PM with your username and I will investigate in your case and assist you with the verification.

Send doc on e-mail and send on live chat.

Still get e-mail too asking too upload on webpage.

Sent email and i dont get a answer.

Is getting very  frustrating ☹️
