i think its just about standard at this point 100% on first deposit & 40x Wager on the Bonus funds. if you wanna stand out id raise the % and lower the wager by 5x (just my opinion)

Nope its fine no issues for me.

Yes i did claimed casino.

Casino Functionality 

Yes big yes. Canadians are lacking BigTimeGaming slots. Now im not sure what thats about but personally ive opted to sites that let me play megaway slots as a Canadian. im sure theres probably some barrier that doesnt allow us to play it but thats just me i guess.

2. Have you ever participated in a Rizk Race? - Yes / No 

no ive had no interest/there have been no races which a slot i play is in the race.

3. Do you make use of any particular categories on the Rizk game lobby? - Yes / No 

i just type provider names when im searching.

Wanted to answer your questions as I actually closed my Rizk account due to payment providers. I typically use Interac Etransfer, (please note this is different than Interac which is not available with Visa Debit or all banks) ,  Visa Debit, or EcoPayz and at the time Rizk did not offer those for Canadian players. I would only be able to use PaySafeCard which is Ok, but not the best for reloads and multiple deposits as there are the fees associated with it. If you want to PM me I can share my username and re-open the account if there are going to be more payment types added. Cheers.

• If yes, can you please elaborate on your experience further? - I did try to deposit with my Visa Debit and it did not go through. I do use this card with LeoVegas and Casumo without issue. 

2. Have you ever experienced any delays in payments processing?  - No

• If yes, which payment method were you using and how long did it take to process your transaction?  

3. Would you like to see any other payment providers added to Rizk?  - Yes 

• If yes, can you please specify which payment providers would you like to see and why? Interac Etransfer (no fees), Ecopayz (if you don't already have it), and more support for Canadian Visa Debits

• If yes, which elements of the offer do you find most pleasing?  - I liked the Wheel of Rizk and the opportunity to spin if often enough to feel like you were getting offers on a regular basis
• If no, what could be done to tailor it more to your preferences? Can you point to any other examples of Casino Welcome Offers that you feel are superior to Rizk’s? - White Hat Gaming does offer very good Welcome Offers, they do have other issues, but if you are just judging based on that! I would say WHG

Casino Functionality 

1. Are there any games or game providers which are currently missing from Rizk’s portfolio that you would like to see included? - Yes 

• If yes, which ones would you like to see added?  BTG are always difficult to get for Canadians, so those would be tops. I always look for Netent, PlayNGo, Blueprint, Elk and Pragmatic Play. We usually are never able to play Novomatic although I'd like to!

2. Have you ever participated in a Rizk Race? - No 

• If yes, how would you rate your experience of this feature? N/A
• If no, is there a reason you’ve chosen not to participate? Furthermore, is there anything more we could do to encourage you to participate in the future? Not my thing typically. Prefer to jump around games. 

3. Do you make use of any particular categories on the Rizk game lobby? - No 

• If yes, which is your favourite one that you visit the most? haven't played enough on the site to know
• If no, do you have a different process when searching for games? How do you typically search for slots and even revisit your favourite ones? - I like having a favourites list, a list of previously played games and a newly released games area.
