WILDZ withdraw issues?

first time i deposited on wildz on the 3rd finsihed my first wager posted about it on here and whatnot. i understand its a new casino everytime ive gone to live chat each support agent has seem to tell me diffrent things. there support is usually clear as day best live support ive ever had personally until now. ive been told 72 hours its been over 72 hours. ive submitted my docs broken no bet rules i streamed the whole thing there just apprently really behind with withdrawls? anyone else having this issue?

im not sure if im just being impatient ive heard some casinos do some stalling to get you to rebet it all and whatnot which ive told them in chat im a streamer trying to make it gambiling lol its going to go back into the site id just like to do more wagers. just to add abit more.

Wildz was decently fast for me on my first cashout, took around 20h to get all set and done but i know few cases where account verification takes 4-5 days adn then 1 more day for the cashiout. Casino is still good and i think they are still learning a bit how to handle everything faster and better , anyways in the end u will get the moneys might just take a bit longer than what we now adays expect.

wish I'd read this before opening account.

1. When I made a withdrawal (500) I asked live chat that where could I send my docs to verify my account : "We dont need documents at the moment. Since it is not that big withdraw, most likely we will not need documents. We will contact you via email, once we need to verify your account." . 

When I insisted they say:  "You will receive all the information of the documents via email, once we need to verify your account. We will open the page for you then also." 

Ok, Then 2 days later mail came, asking me to send documents. now 2 days later still waiting for verifycation. WHY THE F##K won't online casino let you verify your account!!!! Theire happy to take your money fast.

2. Made my one and only deposit using Credit card that I know does not accept withdrawals to it. Said that to live rep, but was still said to withdraw to it

At this rate I will get my money  in easter - wait for verify, then couple of days to accept a withdrawal that will be denied, then send bank account documents, wait for new docs to be verifyed and then couple of more days for the withdrawal.

Can anyone please help me to fasten it up?

One way to make it go faster is deposit several thousands of euros and make sure you lose. 
repeat this step several times every day and every week. 
 

they will then add you to the vip Loyalty program and you Get a account manager. 
cashouts are procssed in 1-2 min usually and you Get a cashback and all spins are wager free:) 

 

but you have to lose for this to work lmao.

Here is my review of Wildz

 

Wildz are slow.

Usually if I verify in another casinos, I contact live chat and I get verifyed very fast bcause reps actually helps me with docs and mediates my problems to specific department and after that it\s immediate withdraw. And what\s the deal with even not making a note to my card withdrawal issue.

Leovegas is great imo. I had some problems with Cashzuma slot but it was game providers side. Overall their reps are great and very helpful, not like many other casinos who gives you a stupid template answerand immediately after that tries to end  conversation

I've been waiting for a week for a withdrawal from Wildz.com. 
In the chat they just say the payout department have a lot to do and it may take some time.
States 1-3 days on their page. How can they over double that time and still have no answer on when they are going to process the withdrawal?

Seems to me like they are stalling and hoping people cancel the withdrawal.

Will update here how long time they use and the responses I'm getting. 

I would not recommend this casino.

I would not recommend this casino.

 

I've got the same issue currently, been waiting since last friday, however a wildz representative on here told me it's due to understaffing they are experiencing due to current circumstances. Which is fairly understandable considering all that's going on at the moment. Best thing to do is to set a loss limit for yourself for the next week and patiently wait it out.

The problem is that they have been saying that for months. Long before the Coronavirus was an issue. 
For me they have NEVER payed out within their time frame. 

If this was to understaffing, how come they answer you on chat straight away, and you're always number one in line.
Hard to believe that they only are experiencing understaffing in the payout department.

Not buying it.

To me it looks like a stalling tactic and they hope people will cancel their withdrawal and keep gamling.

interesting, i've never really made any withdrawals on there before. So this is my first experience with it. Gotta say, it's definitely going to keep me away from wildz as a casino sadly. Other casinos i play at just seem a little faster in processing everything regardless.
