a request payslip about money transfer to my bank account and casumo say  that ---onfortuantely they have not provided a payslip for us yet. We have escalated the missing withdrawal to the again and will let you know as soon as they have more information about your transaction.

It's the same answers for me..

Stay strong Norwegians. 

This is not any of the casinos fault. The lack of regulations in norway allows the government to tell banks to block incoming transactions from foreign casinosites. Unfortunately the casinooperators are piling up these request for lost transactions with their paymentproviders. We are talking thousands of these cases, so the workload is massive. You will eventually get your money one way or other. Have patience.

If thats the case I dont see the problem in transfering the money back to the players casumoaccount, rather than having to wait many months for them to complete the payout

Without knowing giw exactly Casumo works, I know it takes alot of resources to do so.

Players will be complaining about not receiving the funds, even if they have received it already-  and for the casinosite to credit these funds back (out of their own pocket) they will ask for confirmation from the players asking them for transactionslist of their bank statement. The money itself in most cases are not sent back to the casino and they will have to make a claim for it through court- this process takes a long time.
