Here is a video about it: https://streamable.com/knk9v All collected hearts on all other betsizes is gone aswell. I lost over 150 hearts collected. I tried another browser, hard refresh, log out/in etc, but no help. I started to play at a betsize i knew i had 38 hearts collected, and i collected 2 more, but no bonus was triggered, so it's not a visual bug. I'm heartbroken @Big Time Gaming official I've noticed Casumo about it and they would look into it. I wonder if this happened to anyone else? Glitch on casumo or BUG in the slot? Link to comment

Do you mean same site, or different sites? I dont see how different sites matters as you have your own unique player ID on each casino. If the casino allows you to play same slot on multiple instances, they have to make sure it works aswell, or else they need to block that feature. I understand things can go wrong, but there can only be placed one bet at a time, even though the return is delayed at each instances. But, how this can affect collected features, i'm not sure. When you play slots with collecting features, you put your RTP into the slot, and when the slot erase it, it's kind of the same as stealing from your balance. It's the same with extra chilli, white rabit, vikings go bererk etc, you invest in the slot each time you spin, in hope to get something back later. It would be the same if you had a few cents left on extra chilli to trigger the bonus, and suddenly it was reset back to 1000€. How funny would that be. So yeah, i want my hearts back! cheesycock Posted 30 May, 2020 Share Posted 30 May, 2020 I know it is an old post but EXACTLY the same thing happened to me on Sky Vegas, I collected all hearts then the game froze, I waited ages and reloaded page and no feature and no hearts! I contacted live chat on Sky and they accused me of lying saying it is not possible as it would have happened to other players, now this post proves the scam! I didn’t have any screenshot or video material and they still managed to give back my hearts but they told me to stop playing the same game on more than one browser tab. Link to comment

teckiwi Posted 28 March, 2021 Share Posted 28 March, 2021 I think there should be clear processes in place when slots like this get pulled from sites/regions etc without warning and people lose the equity in their stored bonus progress. The same with large jackpot games(unique to that slot) where the game is pulled before the jackpot is won, the provider is pocketing huge money when it happens with no partial refund to the playerbase who contributed.
