I watched the stream Shirox and I saw his banner Betamo saw MGA, I wanted to play with the bonus.I haven't checked ( spinia.com, bob casino. playamo, betchan that's daughter playamo). It was my main mistake. Made Deposit of 115 $ plus 100$ bonus. All this was on the 25th of September. As I began play the immediately attached documents: required on the website:1. International passport2. utilities bill.3. Photo Deposit with skrill4. Profile page with skrill.5. Regular passport* (the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation) I cleaned the whole vager, the output came out 854$ Im not break rules, played 1-2 $.all the time. The fun began in the morning, logged into user account and the payment was cancelled, I asked why, the got email asked for a selfie with a passport . 6.Took a selfie with a laptop on the screen was Betamo website + Regular passport Put on the payment, the payment was again canceled, the request was now that must made with International passport.7.Took a selfie with International passport. (laptop on the screen was Betamo chat) Put on the payment .the payment was again cancelled. Went to the chat asked why, said that it is necessary to take a photo standing and take a passport in hand and make a selfie with two passports,first one then the other. Will be made payout immediately, hinted in chat, that I Russian , they can do what they want. Russian is the owner of the casino, most of the employees of the Russian, I have realized what a casino. 8. Selfie with passport in hand Regular passport* uploaded.9. Selfie with a passport in the hands of International passport uploaded. Put on the payment . the payment was again cancelled. 10. Received a Request in the mail asking to take a selfie with a piece of paper with write BETAMO and today's date. with words as you current it to make the payment. (will attach a screenshot with the email of this message) I all made ordered payment. Payment was again cancelled. The next morning, new requirement, send income statement, plus income statement to skrill, and in the evening sent to make another selfie with the same inscription as a day ago. This casino is clearly mocking me, just total humiliation (especially the hints so Russian they can do what they want). I will attach screenshots . Played in different casinos under license MGA, but never was such a Scam . Does the mga allow this to happen? I want to ask, what should I do in this situation? I know betamo, it's a new online casino. Only site I played and never withdrew. If it's mga licenced then they have the right to ask for your income etc due to mga. BUT ITS NOT NECESSARY since you proved your identity. You can file complaint on askgamblers.com prolly you're gonna get your money soon don't worry. Spinia is way way better site. There was a call from some girl employee Betamo about account verification, asking me what slots I played. After that, I received a letter in the mail that the account is verified. There is strong evidence of real 'tradecraft' for several of the N1 brands. Got banded from Casinomeister yesterday, because of 'trolling' : that can be also translated to: Asking the wrong question, that expose malpractice.. This combined with dubious reviews o. e.g. Askgamblers ( identical reviews, new accounts to do only one action, post positive review, afterwards nothing. See mail email to MGA below; and screenshots. " Dear Members of the Executive Committee, I’ve not heard back from Spinia, although something happend that again proves faul play by N1 interactive. After my complaints, the changed there terms suddenly, altering the first line of WHO CAN PLAY: ( site stated : Last updated: 22.08.2019) “The website accepts players only from those countries and geographic regions where online gambling is allowed by law” To ( still says Last updated: 22.08.2019) "By accessing and opening an account and using this website, you confirm and warrant that online gambling is legal and permitted in the jurisdiction where you are located and you will not use the website while resident or temporarily located in any jurisdiction that prohibits use of the website. The availability of the services shall not be interpreted as an offer or invitation on our part to use the services in a country where such use is illegal.” A major alteration in Terms, and I think changed after my complaints. The site still states the last update was on 22.08.2019, but the terms of 04.09.2019 were completely different. Spinia support chat ( today) confirmed that the last update was on 22.08.2019, and no changes were made after. Clearly not the case. I’ve attached screenshots, and chat logs. Also have complete webarchives of the site, proving the change in terms. Changing Terms and condition, without providing correct update date, and actively denying that it has been updated is a criminal offence. They are investigating Spinia, but also TradaCasino, that has similar operating ethics: Money over players, and cut of the head if they complain. Individuals 'behind the curtain' were already ID'ed by my legal team, and after government proceedings, will face civil charges. If anyone want to join, please contact me. This 'fault', changing terms without updating the date, is at the very core of Casino integrity. Of course, errors can me made, but they made it clear that no update was done. Its also obvious that they changed this after filing my complaint. The date, is about the most crucial thing on any legal document. And not admitting, if they made an unintentional error, again makes no sense. Its a criminal offence to back date terms, and another red flag for this operation. Moreover, current T&C version number is wrong, it should be 1.8, not 1.7, again showing gross incompetence and handeling player rights. Link to comment

There taking the piss asking for photo of 10 times and each time he sends it they say, do it again but this time do it this way he sends it again on sorry now stand on one leg and with hand on had and take a photo this way. they are asking for something he's already done and taking the piss not to mention the rest.
