Its fraud they can change our winning if we win something that later is a lost bet we dont get the money and the other way around? Link to comment

The bet was seen as wrong, but after that all the official sites changed it to a goal from Bundu. Now LV says, its up to our sport provider to judge how this wil end. But is it really possible to lose a bet that in fact is right? Link to comment

And it got solved by someone from LV who was also on this forum Hi everyone, Just to bring everyone up to speed on the issue. Kambi settled the bets on this match according to the first report from FIFA which was wrong. After that they did not re-settle which of course led to actual winning bets showing up as lost. We have now manually corrected this for everyone that placed bets on this match and credited the winnings that were due. Note that since Kambi has not re-settled the bets they will still show up as lost on your bet-slips. Missing winnings are added to each affected accounts balance tho. Unfortunate event that does not happen very often but we do apologize for any inconvenience caused. Best regards /Johan Link to comment

There are many people hit by this mistake, and in the other topic I saw they had to go pretty far in order to solve it. I honestly don't know what route to follow now, because LV says it is up to Kambi, and Kambi says they can't speak to an individual player. Someone? Link to comment
