[RESOLVED] Royal Panda Complaint

Dear @RoyalPanda

I made a complaint last week and recieved an email stating a refund was issued on the 22nd August 2019 and told now I'm being told its not been done i have contacted Melvin on here bit not heard nothing back and live chat and support will not help and my emails have not been answered. 

Can someone please help me regarding this matter.

Thank you, I am just very upset as i recieved the email last week saying my refund had been processed and money refunded, then today i was told its not been done and live chat saying they can't help me.
