Have not had issue with 888 as a UK player.

What exactly did you deposit with? visa, mastercard etc?

I deposited with Visa... I have emailed them so many times and they never reply, live chat just dodges my questions...

Never had an issue with 888casino. Honestly, they were very helpful as I had forgotten a basic thing on sign up (street address ) and by rights they could have refused an 1300 withdrawal but they were nice enough to put the pieces together to realise everything matched up. It did however take almost 3 weeks.

I'd say keep at them, try remain calm about it all to keep them receptive and hopefully it works out for the better and you get your withdrawal buddy

So I've talked to a very nice lady in the live chat! She says it will all be fixed if I send in verification documents, which I've done, she said it will be verified after 72 hours.

Late update, never got my money. They said that cash out isnt available in my country (Norway) so no matter what I did I wouldn't get my money... It was a 10€ deposit, bit still sucks...

I have no idea why anyone would promote 888 casino at all, Very slow withdrawals with todays standards, very bad design and very slow support.
